This hotel is not that new but the facilities are okay, clean and well-maintained. The view at the alfresco deck/resto is so relaxing. The Officer-in-Charge gave us an hour extension for check-out when we encountered problem with our room AC, but everything works well. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Even after our check-out we stayed at their restaurant and ate lunch. Their Ala carte food are great and I bet their samgyup also since there are lots of people eating during lunch time for the samgyup. Even if you don't check-in at the hotel, this is a nice spot for afternoon tambay since the alfresco rest is so windy and cold.

The room location is a bit dark.

Location is very accessible from the center, nearby food establishments and the hotel has their own restaurants. Room is complete with basic toiletries and amenities. Staffs are very accommodating and pleasing, kind enough to agree for a small surprised for my father's birthday. Elevator is available going to rooms and pool view is fascinating.

The towels provided in the room is not as good as you might expect from a 3 star hotel. They look untidy and some even have stains.

Front desk staff were very professional with their treatment of customers. I was impressed by the immediate response and resolution to my room concern.

Room did not match pictures on Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms with pool view. All I could see is wall that goes around pool😅. I talked to front desk. She kept telling me to upgrade room🤨. If you booking for a view, beware. I paid less money in Baguio for a excellent view, last week

The restroom does not meet my expectation for a hotel restroom. The pool is too small for my liking and has water dirt marks on the tiles.

The room has a nice view of the Taal. Location-wise, the hotel is accesible and nearby stores.

The pool need to get a longer ladder down to the bottom if the pool. Since it was only one or 2 steps on it. Hard to get iup trought that one.

The view was amazing and friendly and helpfull staff. Easy checkin and checkout. And they informed about the room that it was without windows. But for me its was a + . Since the rooms was very dark when about to sleep. So i got 2 night of really good sleep due to that.

the charges are too much. the hotel is expensive even compared to Manila for what we got. and every time we asked for something always a charge for extra pillow P50 for extra blanket P50. I already paid P10k for one night why more charges for small request. also extra fee for my kids is too high. p950/person extra per night. overall stay was ok. we just needed a place to stay overnight in Tagaytay. staff was friendly and always smiling. I’m just disappointed the value for money isn’t there.

The overlooking view.although it was raining and cloudy all the time..I know the view is great. The bed was really comfortable although the sheets are very thin but I didn't mind. Wifi worked well.
