The initial room provided needs to be replaced due to the leak that made the bed soaked in water. As for the replacement room (2nd), it was big however lacks storage and racks for clothes, trash bins and floor mat knowing guests were in and out of the beach. For the receptionist, lacks urgency and hospitality. During our last full day as well, they were all so loud and noisy while we were taking a nap in our room. Basic hotel decency and hospitality must be practiced, regardless how budget friendly your hotel is.

When we came i thought everything is set since we have a booking. No available room we have to wait for a room because it is not yet done cleaning, no toiletries available we have to request for it. When it’s time to check out together with other families who wanted to check out no available receptionist we have to wait for 15 minutes but no one comes, i have to leave a note and the key card on the front desk bc we need to leave early.

I like that it is near the beach.

we barely saw the staff hence we had no one to clean our room. 4 nights in a row. we had to check out with no one at the front desk. my id was on the table. so i placed their room key and took minee. a bit strange

5 year old pictures doesn't reflect used up dirty room. Contrary to description, they don't supply complimentary water bottles, hand soap or shampoo so bring soap. Power enabled by electronic access card so even the fridge turns off when you leave the room. But for Boracay you get what you pay for I guess. 1 400p/night.

Fungi in the bathroom and moist on the floor, walls and in the air.. Photos on booking.com show a very bright and nice room. In reality it is very dark with almost no daylight. Very loud aircon working only on max speed. The request to Staff to do something to make it run on mid or low speed resulted with no reaction.

WiFi was terrible, unsecured WiFi and very limited. Very often we got a message there were too many users of the WiFi and unable to browse the internet or use the service.

Location was great, but not very well documented - The fact that it was part of "Taj Resort" was not mentioned which made the initial finding of the place very difficult.

The location wise, it is now a bit farther to the beach than its previous location. No phone signal inside the room. The wifi is fluctuating from normal speed to very slow speed internet. The only issue I had is when I checked out. No staff is around, we we're in a hurry to catch the trip. They put a phone number to call in the desk but the number is cannot be reached. Luckily, I have a viber number of the property, but it took almost an hour to reach them. I suggest to future tenants to inform ahead the front desk them time you will be checking out. Thank you!

The value for the stay is exceptional. The room is complete with heater and refrigerator.
