Small bathroom No bidet Bad neighbourhood - the reviews saying the streets outside are smelly with sewer were kinda right, and it feels uncomfortable walking outside when it's dark. 30 minutes walk from IT-PARK and most of the shops. The lobby is always locked and one has to go through the garage door. The internet is kinda-sorta reliable sometimes but also disconnects a lot.

The room is spacious, well maintained, equipped withe ok furniture. The interned is ok-ish but disconnects a lot. The hot water is hot but needs to be pre-heated (15-20 minutes) The TV works (not sure if smart TV, I just connected HDMI) The staff is really nice and helpful. The bed is comfy. Nice city view. No noise from dogs or roosters (4th floor) - we slept very well. The fridge is big and works well. Washing machine in the room. Dining table.

The bathroom was not very clean, the sink was clogged, the location was far from the main street, and the security guards were arrogant.

"I was a bit shocked by a loud banging noise. It was already my eighth time of checking in there, but it was the first time I experienced something like that during my stay.And as always you can hear the vehicles horns and tricycles loud broom2x but not that loud...

Somehow the other room for the first time that we've been there is the bathroom drain doesn't drain nicely but the other room that we stayed at is nicer and clean .I hope they resolve it. Will we move to different room cause it was dangerous for my kids to be in the bathroom entrance. The elevation of the drain is high the the ground itself . There is also a tiles up above and was scared a bit of it when you sleep we see it above my that there are tiles nga mura man mahulog hehe pero dili gud. If molinog kusog ambot kayha. The pool also a little bit old

Very convenient to where we always go and you can cook you can washed clothes on your own. And big space for my kids. We stayed here for I think 6-7 to to times counting the days we've been here.

Location is one hour from the city. WiFi is awful in the room: AC was just too cold and couldn't be adjusted. The check in was weird - you need to sign an inventory and pay 1000 deposit. It didn't feel welcoming.

When my brother checked in, the room that was given to him was different from what was published in Booking.com. Fortunately, he managed to get some photos, so he talked to the manager and showed him what he expected to get.. He was then moved to the room whose photos were similar to the one we booked online. I am glad that this was sorted. However, I still believe that my brother should not have gone to great lengths to be moved to the correct room. In terms of location, he said it was a bit far and needed to take a taxi most especially at night for security reasons.

I booked a room for my brother during his holiday in Cebu. According to him, he loved the space at the service apartment and the ability to cook your own food and wash clothes. Overall, he enjoyed his stay, which is a good thing to note.

I had a difficult time at the reception. I paid my room through Booking. com but I had to pay again double the price listed in the app. because I was a "walk in " they said even if they had my name in their computer. I walked away frustrated and waited 30 minutes before their 2 o'clock deadline check-in. No exception except if you pay extra. In the meantime I wrote a note to the company to complain. When I return half an hour later the receptionist admitted they made a mistake even if they had my name registered and I was not a " walk-in ". A honest mistake? A fancy apparatus for the shower but it didn't work and NO hot water.

The shower looks so old and the water has a rusty smell. It's going to be a better experience considering an upgrade of it.

The location was pretty convenient. We just realized it after a couple of days staying. But we didn't really mind since we have our own motorbike for transportation. There are karenderya foods outside which are pretty cheap and delicious. If you want to go to 7/11, you have to walk for 5-10 minutes to reach it. It's a nice road anyway so it's good to take a walk going there. We love the swimming pool to relax. However, you have to pay 200 pesos for guests or outsiders. What we like most since we don't have a lot of clothes to wear, we prefer to wash our clothes more than often and to make sure it smells good as well that is why this place is what we were looking for. There's a washing machine with dryer also there's a huge area to hang your clothes. There's available hangers as well.

The location was awkward. Not really IT Park. The bathroom flooded every time I took a shower.

Previous guest took the remote, and it took 4 days to sort that out, so no buffer that time against the construction next door. Bathroom floor can get wet, an extra old towel to soak it up would be welcome. The gym and pool hours can be till later.

Great apartment with absolutely all that is needed. Excellent staff all round.
