Room - some facilities in the room are broken / not maintained. Toilet is small and bidet was next to the door which is not a good idea as it blocks the door. Breakfast - staff asks for order the day before and come tell you the next day that they ran out. So what’s the preorder for? Also, service is slow, claiming only 1 staff working. Parking - the hotel has a venue open for public. If there is an event, party guests use the same parking spot as the hotel guests. Pinc Hotel should to priority to hotel guests.

The property is well located across SM Savemore. There are also several food options around the area. Also near a gas station if you need petrol. There is also a cafe within the vicinity which serves good coffee.

Be careful in the swimming pool. They have used the wrong tiles and it’s incredibly slippy, badly designed and dangerous. It did not stop Us from using it, just be careful. The coffee shop should have simple good sandwiches with proper bread and pastries. The choices are odd. We ended up going to Savemore.

The aircons are very loud and probably not so clean, we all got kinda sick after couple of nights. The pool seem to be a bit dangerous for kids.

The pull is nice and clean, the rooms and the cleaning is fair. The resto and the coffee shop are ok.

The rooms are kind of pretty designed but not 100% maintained. Come on guys give that wooden furniture a lick of paint and varnish. It really doesn’t cost much. Labor is cheap in the PH. The shower has warm water and as an addition they have a nice outdoor swimming pool. Note: You don’t have to walk through reception if you want to enter your room.

Tiny rooms except the family room. Foods for breakfast not catering for vegans.

Location .Family room is superb,downside overall stay is the electricity issue (black out for couple hours with no back up on generator for the Airconditioning.It was painful for us…

The booking.com deducted me 3 days stay but I only used the 2 days booked they deducted it in my credit card.I was wondering where do the mistake of deduction coming from?The hotel or the booking.com... Pls. I hope there's a response for my message.

Aircon switch didn't work to set on compfy temperature, but previously we stayed and hadn't any issues so mostly properly working

The bathroom is so small, no generator the emergency light very bright inside the room and wake you up at 2:00 at 5:00 while you are in a deep sleep.

Pool and close to my parents house. Reasonable price.

We had a problem with the loud sound of music from the neighbor- a bar with a live band at the back of the property. Good thing my husband was too tired from our travel that he did not bother to complain anymore.

The hotel has a cafe that served very good coffee- beans used was from Mt Apo and freshly baked Oatmeal cookies. Our room had a comfortable bed. The toilet is small but has a water heater.

The room is quite far from the pool.

Small hotel but very posh! The interior of the room is well thought of. It was spacious, have enough blankets and pillows. Nice architecture. The comfort room is wide and very clean. Water supply has good pressure. They also have hot shower. The garden is nice, small but nice.

The hotel should install additional locks on the doors and windows for added security. Our rooms relied on the doorknobs alone and the jalousie windows had some missing slats. Although the hotel was gated, the rooms out on the open lawn could easily be broken into, especially at night.

The place was cute. It was great that they had a pool and a restaurant so guests don't have to go out for a meal if they don't want to. The hotel was a bit far from the center but the property was spacious. Our vehicle was safe inside the property. The staff was also quite friendly and accommodating. Wish we could stay longer!

An un-gravelled path to the swimming pool would be nice as would a Netflix subscription to all rooms, but these are more suggestions than complaints

Laid in a motel style with plenty of parking. Rooms are small but clean and the aircon was quiet and worked well. Good size swimming pool with shaded seating and sun loungers. Breakfast was extra but good quality and fairly priced. Very nice welcome from the staff and that care continued throughout our stay. Would recommend
