I would like to clarify how the housekeeping service works. I requested a duvet change, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, the staff only took the trash and provided fresh towels and water. As a result, I’ve been using the same duvet for 5 nights. I didn’t want to bother them again, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the mall, convenience stores, and restaurants. The room was also very comfortable. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Subic Bay.

Breakfast could be improved. There's not much selection.

They really should clean the glass at the pool. You almost can’t see through it

No view from the pool. Could hear noise from the hallway outside the room. Breakfast has room to improve (bread, no cheese, no yoghurt).

Property extremely clean & location is amazing. Most staff was exceptional except for 1 who didn’t really assist with baggage when moving rooms, he was too occupied with his phone.

Breakfast buffet is ok. Service staff not friendly. They didn’t checked on you after the food was delivered until we finished. We had to get another staff to give us our check. We also didn’t get the item we ordered but is charged for it. No apology whatsoever just a gaze.

Price of the hotel was very expensive. No night life near. Food was pretty ordinary. Breakfast fair with everything a bit cold.

I didn't like about this when we check out the hotel, the receptionist asking where is the brown adaptor for the blower. Oh my god! I didn't have idea how it looks I never touched the blower pouch. And I'm the person who never use the blower I'm not the blower person I rather let my hair wet. It's so annoying!!!! Be aware next time it's better Check the items what you have in your room, or take the picture before you use the rooms.

I like the bed and spacious room, comfortable bed. And the breakfast just so simple.

Safety deposit box is not functional. Didn’t work. Noticed that outside glass doors/windows by the elevator needed cleaning. The hotel still being new needed better cleaning.

We are in the Philippines. Surprisingly they don't offer the local bread roll that the Philippines was known for, the pandesal.

It was a great location for the Subic International Marathon. The staff were friendly and there was a decent choice of options for breakfast.

We were almost charged for a lost room key, in other hotels that is not even surrendered anymore I asked for separate beds but the first room given had 1 queen. But they quickly changed it Limited water, knowing athletes were there for the triathlon, they should have given a more water as hydration is so important in triathlon

Almost no breakfast choices. Only unhealthy hotdogs and meatballs. It's not acceptable for a 5k room rate for one night. I'm very unhappy about that.
