Location was great and the rooms were superb!

The staff is amazing! Filipino hospitality and care at its best! Thanks to the following: Front Office - Pat, Angel, Jam, Nika, Mae, Jess, Jan. Housekeeping - Jeric, Security - Banales, Baybayan, Alota, Evangelista, Lobby/Restaurant - Trish, and the rest of the Breakfast team.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. The location is also convenient for getting around Quezon City.

Parking was quite difficult, food options could use more variety (including halal choices), and we could hear noise from the hallway late at night from people talking and laughing, which disturbed our rest.

Very quiet, very clean, the staff especially a young lady named Nica was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely come here again.

We had issue with taxi pick up that we had pre booked, luckily Philippine family member came and took us to hotel but when we asked for refund they said they would look into it!! We used credit for return trip as we didn’t feel they were going to sort it out which is unacceptable. We didn’t get morning alarm call that we had booked.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean hotel, wide variety of menu offered plus all the amenities you need for your comforts.best shower I’ve had in the Philippines. Great hotel.
