Noisy due to road and construction until very late at night. Wifi did not work well on 3rd floor. Shower had poor water pressure and temperature could not be controlled.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Moved to an alternative room on request due to noise. Plenty of options for breakfast.

It a modernistic, bare concrete structure and rooms. No elevator. No amenities to speak of. Our room overlooked the street and was quite noisy.

The food was alright. We ate the complementary breakfast which took about an hour to prepare and it was cold when we got it.

Lake of shower gel in room and the concrete floor is very slippy / treacherous after you get out of shower. It’s and accident waiting to happen.

Hotel is pretty basic but clean. No shower gel but have shampoo. Close to some great bars and a 10ps trike ride to north point (great bars and food court with live music. Stayed only 1 night next to dumegete port. Food fanatic. Great for short stay.

Very close to the port so very convenient if arriving by ferry and about 20 mins from the airport by tricycle. Great central hotel in a street with some nice restaurants. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, kind of industrial chic. There is a bar downstairs where you also choose breakfast from a set menu.

If you are looking for a calmer side of the city, this is not the place / vicinity for you. The hotel is still great value.

When the restaurant opens in the morning, the smell goes into our room. Other than that facilities are okay.

Location was super convenient - near the port, 10 mins away from the airport, in front of Rizal Boulevard and was near a lot of restaurants. Very convenient for travel. Breakfast was also included with the stay so that's a plus - it was delicious. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner.

Very noisy location. You can hear outside noise from construction and the hallway easily. This wasn’t a problem for us but if you’re a light sleeper I might be. There were only no noise between 00.00-06.00.

It was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Also for breakfast you get a menu where you can choose an item. We chose the pancakes which were fluffy and so tasty. Also the location is close to the ferry port of Dumaguete which is a convenient if Dumaguete is a one night stop before Bohol or Siquijor.

Our room was near the kitchen and it was too loud especially in the morning when you still want to sleep. The toilet needs proper cleaning.

Most of the bars and restaurants in the area were filled with older white Americans who were rude and not very friendly.

The location is great...along the boardwalk, near the restaurants, bars and port.

The staff were very absent, lost in their own corner, talking among themselves whenever we come in. Also somewhat disorganozed, they cannot find my booking and it took some time. Since we came an hour early , we could not go to our rooms yet but front office checked us in , We used the time to have lunch at their restaursnt. I came back when it was check in time to the front office to get our keys.( an hour later) The other lady wanted to register me again and cannot find my registration ..again! The floor in the room was dirty unfortunately, I have a spare hotel slippers from my previous stay at another hotel so I used them. You could clearly see how gray it became. Since we are heading out next day for a full day sightseeing then checking out early the next day, I didn't bother to have it cleaned. Only 1 stood out among them, she also worked in the restaurant at breeakfast time. She went beyond when I ordered tea and added ginger to it. The view from the room to the sea is beautiful.
