Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No 24/7 convenience stores nearby
The room was spacious and clean, with toiletries and slippers provided. A large closet was available for hanging clothes, along with tables and chairs for convenience. The trash bins were also generously sized. There is a shared pantry to eat and drink

Personnel's attitude. The receptionist and security guard seemed to be having a bad day. Housekeeping staff not cordial.

One towel has brown stain.
It is accessible. It is affordable. Small room but spacious and convenient. Good and safe parking. I hope there is potable water for drinking. Or free bottled water for short stay guests. I suggest a few kitchenwares is good to have. A microwave. A ceiling fan for the loft bunkbeds because of uneven airflow from aircondtioner since beds are in higher place from the aircon. Additional mirror not just in the toilet and shower caddies is a must too and additional S hooks for clothes and towels in bathroom. If it’s possible, toiletries is a plus factor! Aside from this additional suggestions, everything is good. We rested well.

There was no hot water in the Pantry. The Aircon and bed was very comfortable. The hotel or probably in its bathroom, a sewage smell comes out. probably improper drainage system during the construction. the only upside is that it is directly in front of VFS Global.

We had a great experience at The City Flats Circuit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our whole family. Everything was well-maintained, making it a convenient and cozy place to stay. Great value for money, and a solid option for families looking for both space and comfort.

They did not have the privacy curtains as shown on the room photos which were misleading. Upon messaging the property, they said it was not available due to lack of availability. It was quite dissatisfying since if other tenants are using the room lights, your sleep will be bothered which defeats the purpose of your stay, to have sleep/rest.
During my stay for 3days, they replaced the bath towels each night which was great for a dorm type service. The facilities seems new, well maintained and clean

None at all other than we have to ask for mugs for tea/coffee.
Location was excellent to where we needed to be. The supermarket nearby is so convenient and transport is also very accessible. A very good place as well to jog since there is a dedicated large area for jogging. Staff were excellent. A nice ambience.

The room was very clean and functional but there was no TV which we didn't know about ahead of time. We only stayed one night so no big deal. There was a kitchenette but no cups, plates, or anything else. It would have been nice to have a drinking cup, coffee cup, plate, butter knife for even basic food consumption/preparation. We purchased some rolls and cream cheese at the store but had to just rip the bread apart and smear the cheese on the bread. Doable but not desirable.
We stayed there in order for my girlfriend to apply for a Visa to Sweden (Shengen Visa). The Visa application center was literally directly across the Street. It doesn't get easier than that ! The AC worked well and the room was quiet. There was also a fairly large grocery store about 100 meters down the street which was very nice for buying snacks, water, etc. Ayala Mall was across the street with many restaurants ! Nice !
