PhilippinesCheck in and check out process takes too long. Only two kinds of fruits in the buffet. Some food in Buffet dinner were not delicious. Guests need to pay extra to avail of the kiddie activities. Shower rooms in the the pool area are not well-maintained.
Room was big, clean linens, comfy bed, good parking, so many activities that kids can enjoy like the outdoor playground, explorcation package which comes with a fee. The swimming pool is also big and clean with jaccuzzi. Buffet breakfast was decent enough with wide selection of dishes.

Saudi Arabia1. PWD Parking was too small and looked like a normal parking space. Most of the PWD parkings are spacious 2. The 'kingsize' bed only fitted 3 pax. I don't think it was big enough 3. We ordered two (2) additional beds yet we were not informed that it comes with complimentary breakfast. My daughter paid for her breakfast in the morning

AustraliaThe Hotel reception needs clear guide lines on charges to guests. Staff training is needed with regards to moving guests in an efficient way as we waited over an hour to move rooms due to a broken air conditioning system on the 15th floor.
The pool was good. The staff were helpful, rooms were spacious and clean.

United Arab EmiratesFirst, parking. Sure, it's free, but faaaar from the entrance. I traveled alone with a luggage and that was annoying. Last, they could not provide any room slippers for me, even after I called them to provide a pair. Which was inconvenient and I find really lacking on their part. I had to use my shoes everywhere in the room, even right after a bath.
The staff were friendly. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room (like the room hasn't been used in a long time). But it was quiet and I had a good night rest.
