    Doors & bathroom were very dirty. We didn't get the room we booked & pre-paid for. The staff broke a wheel off of our suitcase bringing it to the room. The elevator was super tiny & broken. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs when leaving.

    The room was great. The AC was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really convenient, because it’s close to the town proper so you have easy access to everything you might need. Some of the staff were really nice, especially the security guard by the entrance. He helped us a lot during our stay.

    The shower wasn’t working properly in our room. You can’t set the heater. When you turn the knob to Hot (however you set it doesn’t matter), it will go to burning hot and then cold after. You’ll have to reset it again, but it’ll cycle through those temps no matter what. It was inconvenient to use. Also there’s not much sound proofing. During our stay, the hotel had a lot of events that they hosted. We could hear all the music and the noise in our room, even the ones taking place in the function hall on the upper floors. Regarding events too, if one is hosted in the ground floor restaurant, the kitchen is closed for other guests. One of the reasons we wanted to stay in a hotel such as this was for the convenience, which included not having to worry about where we’ll get our food. Sadly tho, when we arrived, their restaurant was preparing for an event happening that night, so they weren’t able to accommodate us. Speaking of food, too: there was a slight miscommunication for our first breakfast. During the night, the reception phoned us to ask for our order for breakfast. We used the menu on the side table (as indicated by the receptionist). They even confirmed with us if we wanted to eat it on the poolside or delivered to our room, we chose the latter and agreed with the 8:30 to 9am delivery. Come morning, there was no food delivery. I contacted the desk and they said it was a buffet breakfast and that there was no ordered food coming in. To add to that, it was 9AM when I called. The rules said that the breakfast was served until 10AM. At the time we called, the food was already packed up. They still did serve us a plate… of cold, random variety. Although the staff that served us was nice, we never used or called the restaurant or kitchen again.

    I really recommend this hotel, staffs are very friendly, special mention to Ashley who really do her extra mile to support i all our needs. From hotel booking to hundred island trip till the medicines that we need during emergency situation..this hotel really exceed my expectations.Its an amazing experience

    Friendly staff and day outing provided by hotel to beach. Excellent king size mattress.

    Bad odour in bathroom, bathroom door required to keep closed the whole stay to stop coming into bedroom and also bad odour outside near drains. No in house breakfast, needed to go to restaurant at front of the hotel , limited manu, no breakfast juice on offer, no cereal. Room cleaning service was just once in the 4 days we stayed, shower screen inadequate bathroom floor floods each time you use the shower and then the bath mat is soaked, not replaced by house keeping, extra towels at at cost if requested. Needed to ask house keeping for toilet paper in the hallway. The in-house restaurant was only used for functions and not guest staying there.

    Room was comfortable and the food was good, also liked the pool. Also a short distance from the hundred islands wharf. I think there are very few hotels in the area that provide the same kind of service!

    Water pressure was a little weak in the bathroom, price is also a bit expensive but that's fine
