Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

-Everything in the place was nice except for the dog/s barking outside. -Ask the assistance of the staff regarding the heater if you are not familiar with the type of the heater they have as it will take time for you to figure it out. -The shower drain was very slow to put out water as well.
The room where we stayed was the biggest room they have (as the owner and his staff told us). They immediately upgraded our room because the room we booked was not immediately reserved for us. Kudos to Hazel (staff) for accommodating us. The place was near the venue for the board exams (Doña Elena Tower). It was also relaxing to stay and rest because the room was clean. Toiletries were available as well as the first 2 pitchers of water. Coffee was also included.

🔴 There's no nearby food stalls. You have to do GrabFood. 🔴 The aircon is not that cool especially in the afternoon. 🔴 There's is no key for the room. You have to call an employee in order to open your door room.
🟢 Peaceful 🟢 Friendly staff 🟢 Clean 🟢 There's free toiletries, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water, comfy bed and pillows.

The place is decent, clean and quiet. I am not expecting that a place like this exist in San Juan City. The price is very reasonable and Ma'am is very accommodating, patient and friendly.

Quite a few. But not really a deal breaker for me.
The price. If you just need a place to sleep, this is the place for you. Bed and acu is good and comfortable. Packed breakfast is affordable but delicious. One of the best tapa, better than those in 3 or 4 star hotel's buffet breakfast.

Property was located a bit far from modes of transport. There weren't convenient stores in the area. The lock code for the door wasn't promptly given, had to ask the attendant a couple of times, but still wasn't provided until check out.
Booking was good value for money. Amenities such as water, towel, shampoo, toothbrush, was provided.

The floor in our room is dirty, and hasn’t mop yet. There are two boys outside (room 104) watching videos, and the noise is quite loud. Additionally, the child's toy car bumped against our door as soon as we entered the room

The facility charges are high . It’s not worth to pay what I paid for. Towels stinks so flimsy with holes Only has fitted sheet& bedsheet . No blankets Bed mattress so stinky with stains all over I’ll never go back there ever It’s horrible to stay there. I will not recommend that place. Everything is falling apart

Excellent location to stay and to reach out to all important places of Metro Manila in a nice and quiet part of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff, all the family were very satisfied.

shower drain in our room was clogged; rooms are good and neat otherwise. :)
accessible and very easy to find on maps. owner is very accommodating and allowed us to extend for a fee. they even had long foldable tables and bench we were able to use inside our room. :) thank you!

I was made to understand from the description that the location is about 10km away from the airport hence I booked the place for our transit but I don’t think they are honest about, it’s quite far easily 20-25 I’m and the neighborhood don’t seem safe especially if you’re female or single traveller. Initial room offered to us had an obvious animal/ cat pee’s smell but immediately changed to different room when requested.
The lady that attended to us are nice and very helpful

the water heater was spoilt. They used bed sheet as blanket which was cold when the air con was on. too thin. air con was very loud. first 3 days the door lock battery faulty and need to always called up staff to open the door for us.

I texted them before arriving but the staff didn’t have my booking confirmation. They just asked me to come anyway. I had no choice as I have a 1yr old child and we needed a place to stay in for the night. They didn’t have the code to our door (essentially our lock) so we can unlock the door if we went out. And no RFID to the gate. Although they gave us alternative, it wasn’t the point. It missed the security aspect of having your own keys to the room and gate. The bedsheets and towels were old and worn, not exactly what they mentioned high quality. The shampoo and shower gel containers were empty in the bathroom were empty.
Beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean.
