They can improve on their breakfast buffet. The variety was not the problem. What needs to improve is the taste. Some were bland. Also, with regard to the airport pickup, we had to wait for hours for our suitcases to arrive in the hotel. Since our swimsuits were inside the suitcases we couldn’t swim right away. Lastly, they can improve on the restaurant singer who sang the same songs every night and sometimes out of tune and playing wrong chords on his guitar.

Felt exclusive because there were few guests. Didn’t have a hard time getting daybeds in the seafront. The staff always greeted the guests and were very respectful. The property was beautiful and well maintained. I loved the view from the Sea View Room.

The location was at the far end of the island so if you like to go to the center then you have to take the try or aim to take the shuttle provided by the hotel for free.

I liked the attention to detail and that everything was well thought of. Extra care was given to our small children and drinks were served automatically during hot periods.

The restaurants didn't live up to expectations, and the food was merely average. There were people by the beach offering tours, which felt a bit overwhelming at times with at least three of them waiting for me to step out. However, the presence of security gave me peace of mind, and I didn’t feel the need to hide my belongings.

Breakfast was fantastic, featuring an impressive selection. We enjoyed a stunning view of the beach and garden, which enhanced our experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything in the room came at no extra cost

Extremely far from any food, very long walk or ride from the mall. Price is 4x other hotels in the area that offer similar value stays. Wayyy overpriced for what is offered. Food at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for average food.

I really hated that we could not walk off the property without the guys standing at end of property wanting to ponce on you to sell stuff. You tell them no and four others guys ask the same. This is very annoying I think this needs to be eliminated. They even try to come on the property too if guard not looking. I really have to think again to return because of this.

Whilst most of the staff were great, checkin lady wasn't very helpful, couldn't answer if there were any events for the weekend (asked as infinity pool closes at midday if there is), and didn't provide overview of facilities available (ie gym) and map of the resort. Bar staff were also not great, slow and not very helpful, no small talk or chit chat whilst ordering a drink etc. Bathroom is a little outdated and pokey with so many doors.

The resort itself is beautiful, from the pools to the rooms, it was a gorgeous place to stay, not to mention beach front access! Bed was super comfy and room size was fantastic.

The breakfast was delicious, but the fruits in the buffet were disappointingly bland, lacking the freshness and flavor expected to start the day right.

We had an outstanding stay at The Lind Boracay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. The location is perfect. We weren't aware of the 15k deposit we had to put down when we checked in. This needed to be either on credit card or cash. This delayed our check in by a lot because we didn't have our credit card with us so we had to go downstairs to take cash out. This could've been prevented by letting us know prior to check in day so we were able to prepare for it for a smooth check in. We were tired from all the travel and transfers so we just wanted to get settled in but the check in process took so long.

Our room was amazing and absolutely exceeded my expectations! I loved the location of the room also as it was just a short walk to the beach and downstairs to the restaurant/buffet breakfast. I also loved how easy the transfer was to and from the airport, it saved us so much hassle. Just have to contact the hotel to let them know of the flight details & everything was handled by them amazingly. We didn't have to wait at the airport or anywhere to and from the airport.

We stayed at The Lind Boracay located in Station 1 from June 18-22 who offers unbeatable access to the front beach. You can also walk along the shore to get to the other stations. Another option is to take - Hop In Hop Off bus by purchasing a reloadable card or tryk with a flat rate. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond—from seamless check-in and thoughtful local tips to responsive service throughout our stay. Facilities: The property was modern, spotlessly maintained, and well-equipped. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the gym and pool area clean and inviting, and the common areas thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and productivity. had a wonderful experience at the spa room! The massage was absolutely amazing—deeply relaxing and expertly done. The amenities were top-notch, from the calming ambiance to the luxurious robes and refreshments. Everything felt clean and modern. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves. Its just that we cannot connect to the concierge or operator everytime we need some stuff. Though they posted on their IG page that day they are having troubles with their communication. But all their staffs are around everytime i check the premises I can just ask from staff rounding the area. Their restaurant pricing is a bit expensive though, though its ok. We always go out and check some places for dinner and lunch.

The staff- They were all accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests. Location- very close to the beach, they have a lot of swimming pools plus the location of the pools are well-shaded you can swim even if its too hot you wont feel the hot scorching weather. I love the breakfast spread, coz I love their all Filipino spread. Value for money I guess, from the time of the transfers from land to sea, everything was made convenient. The rooms are spacious. The facilities are just nice to enjoy your vacation. Everything was well thought off. The bed is so comfy and you will feel its really clean.

The noise from the kids screaming in the pool was very loud. There was also a wedding on when we were there and the music was loud all day, hard to rest. Bed was a little bit hard.

We had a pool room on beach level and it was awesome. Private pool but also only a short walk to main pool and beach. Room was spacious. Tv had a good amount of English speaking channels. Big bed. Infinity pool was good and no kids up there.

We were told the free shuttle to the airport would leave at 7 AM so we were present exactly at 7, but we had to wait for others. I suggest they have a policy to give a few mins grace period and if guests don't come they pay extra for their shuttle. It's unfair for others who were on time.
