I AM JUST A LITTLE CONCERN ON THE DOOR KNOB OR THE WHOLE DOOR. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A KEY PROVIDED, IT NEEDS DEAD LOCK TO SECURE THE DOOR, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.

There was an outdoor party at the mall across the street. I thought on the 21st floor we would not hear the noise but it carried well into the night.

Best condotel I have stayed at during my four months of travelling through the Philippines. Hosts have paid attention to the little details that are often missed during other similar condos. From face towels to brooms and mops and a well-stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks on offer for a very good price this place had all the comforts of my own home and more. Nice little artworks and decorations throughout the apartment. A mat in front of the kitchen sink! High quality toilet paper. Everything was perfect. Check-in instructions were very clear and relatively easy checking in with security and collecting the keys to the apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I wish we could've stayed longer.

First the location of the room is perfect. The view from outside the window is the typical city lights I've been looking for. The room was spacious for a couple, the owner was very accommodating and most of all our stay was fantastic. I was able to do my work without any interruptions. Lastly, the aroma you can smell getting inside the room is very attractive. We'll surely come again next month. 🥰 Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Walking distance from restaurants and check in was very convenient. Also near Cogon Night Market. Unit has kitchen utensils, tablewares and complete with even shampoo, soap and other toiletries. You can see the city, and good internet connection and has Netflix available.

It's a bit crampy and there are no shelves for putting clothes. Theres no need for a folding bed.

Very clean and well maintained room, communication with the property owner was excellent. I certainly will stay there again if in the area.
