    Our room were reserved via booking.com but when we were there the reception said that its not that big so we were asked to upgrade it and so we did but we added a fee again..so its like a cost of 2rooms...we were askinf if an additional bed would be added but instead an upgrade plus a cost of an another bed 3200 was added ro the initial 3k plua reservartion.

Upon your arrival, you were a group of 3 adults + kid, which exceeds the room's capacity. Our receptionist informed you of this and, in accordance with our policies and safety regulations, provided you with two options: (1) Book an additional room to accommodate your group properly; or (2) Upgrade to a room type that could accommodate the number of guests, with the corresponding additional charges. These options were given to ensure your comfort and compliance with our occupancy limits—not as an imposition, but as a necessary adjustment due to the discrepancy between the booking details and the actual number of guests. Had the booking details reflected the correct number of guests, this would have been addressed prior to your arrival. We kindly advise all guests to thoroughly review the room capacity and terms indicated on Booking.com before finalizing a reservation. We hope this clarifies the matter.     A resort feeling at an inner city hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff gave exemplary service. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was cozy and relaxing. We had been staying at a different hotel here in the past, but from now on we will stay here. Ours was a short stay, and we didn't have time to jump into the pool. Next time.

    It's our go to hotel whever we go home to Isabela, it's near the airport and the mall. I liked how the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Food was great and the rooms were clean.

    The rooms are nice and comfortable, the hotel is very nice and the staff is generous. They have a restaurant and a coffee bar, which is comfortable. They offer shuttles to the airport, which is convenient and not expensive. The airport is very close by. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Shower was excellent.

    A lot of the stuff in our room didn’t work (bedside lamp, apps on the tv, safety box). We didn’t have a lot of variety at breakfast. Some of the dishes on the menu were non-available and not enough options for vegetarians.

    Guards and other staff members were cordial and nice, except for that one lady who apparently needs more training to do her job right.

    The lady at the front desk who accommodated us during our check-in process talks like she's memorized all her lines. No eye contact, no emotions. Took her a good amount of scolding before she uttered the words "I apologize". The room we were transfered to was planned poorly, with the sink outside in front of a bed. And with the bed, we were given 2 separate beds when our initial request was one. The place is poorly air-conditioned and ac doesn't even do it's function to go lower than 17 which is apparently still considered as "summer" heat.
