There was one time when the power was very low to operate machines and the elevator was not working. But they fix it right away.

It is big and spacious. It also has a caretaker that cater to our needs.

The towels provided could be of a better quality. After taking a shower they are not very absorbent. Perhaps invest in water cooler / dispenser as the water provided was finished after just making ourselves coffee on arrival. Possibly get a microwave in addition to stove that provided,

In bedroom bathroom the drain cover is missing from the shower. The inside of the apartment is beautiful finished, unfortunately the main building is in disrepair in some places and broken exterior windows. Gives an intimidating feel, but once inside apartment don’t feel this. Apartment was on 5th floor. Lift broke down had to take 10 flights of stairs to collect pizza ordered. Speaking to guards said often the lift is out of service.

Apartment very clean and good open space. Tv WiFi easy to use and has all the functions you need. Ideal for pre flight or after arrival due to closeness to the airport. Bed had very comfortable mattress. Nice touches with snacks to have.

Both owner are nice, accommodating and hospitable. We arrived before the check-in time but they let us leave our belongings so we can go shopping without carrying our stuff. They offered us a drink when we arrived and it was a nice gesture. The facility offered a home away from home kind of vibe. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I booked this property to be close to the airport dor early departure, and price wise was cheaper than most properties I looked at, even in the same complex. Once my credit card was charged, the owner informed me right away when he/she found out over booked to hotel. I was given option to cancel for full refund, but what's striking is I messaged back saying I needed a room for early departure and this property fits my need. Owner immediately responded back OK, lets find you a room. Minutes later, I was offered a room in the same complex, and owner noted the new property cost more than what I booked. I inquired how much I had to pay, owner claimed it was fault of hotel and will cover the extra cost (the new property did not belong to owner). No, that's above and beyond my expectation! This is the reason why I am rating this owner at a 5! Owner owned up to his/her fault when I least expected it! Things happen, we just need to find resolution...and owner did it swiftly, accommodating us with a new property. Thank YOU, owner!

It's Near airport and port easy to locate, convenient store within vicinity and resto however we just cook our breakfast and packed lunch for travel to Siquijor. Nice place really.

-hair dryer, iron, hangers should be provided -Towels not absorbent -No closets or clothes rack ( it's supposed to sleep 8> people?) -Room darkening drapes needed on sliding door and dining room for extra privacy and noise canceling - constant road noise , and on that evening, somebody was drumming -IMPORTANT: no partition for the shower space. Everything gets wet , floors flood because of slow drainage, an unpleasant bathing experience. - No shelves or racks for toiletries or clothes - No extra mirrors.

No broom, small blanket on bed, no tea towels to wash up and dry, ordinary shower heat and pressure Microwave that couldn’t be operated Don’t put it there then just for looks

Good positioning for what I was doing, aircon and helpful staff and good little shop and pizza restaurant downstairs , laundry also! and pool was reasonably clean and refreshing But no penthouse! Lol
