Philippines7 Reviews“Relaxing Getaway with Perfect Taal View”The host is nice but Sara who assist us is not reachable when we arrived in Tower 1 lobby. We are not aware that it is a self-checkin/checkout. Good thing the host is attentive to assist us. The unit will be great if there is a wall frame in the couch to add instagrammable look.
The location is perfect. The Taal view in the balcony is mesmerizing. Complete basic kitchen utensils.

Philippines2 Reviews3 helpful votes“Tagaytay Getaway”When we arrived at tower 1 I dropped my wife and daughter with our baggage so they could meet our caretaker name sara then when our caretaker called up she said we should be at tower 5 so I called my wife and daughter to get our baggage and get in the car. When we reached the tower 5 caretaker sara said we should be in tower 1 and I was so disappointed to the point I have made my wife and daughter get out and get in the car with baggage. Next is for the parking I would suggest that if there will be guests who will be booking for staycation parking should be provided for free for one slot so there will be no difficulty for parking space. Then the air conditioning (AC) and wifi are not working at first hope for improvement next time.

View to Taal. Other day i could see fumes coming out of volcano. View changes every few minutes. Cloudy, sunny, rainy.. great! 7/11 just below is handy.

They said it’s prepaid wifi so they have to reload it, but they just made us wait for nothing even after several follow ups. The bedsheets kind of smelled “kulob.” And they only gave us 1 towel knowing we booked for 2 pax.
The place is very near restaurants and malls. The view from the balcony is superb. The appliances are complete. And the owner is easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and they let us in several minutes early.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious bed for couples. There is more cabinet in the room. Also, there was a free bath towel. Complete kitchen appliances such as kettle, induction and oven. The balcony was the perfect place to have a meal with my partner, it was more relaxing.

Parking is too expensive imagine you gonna park your car in open space not even paved parking lot, yet they gonna charge you an hourly rate. The internet is not working too, even the hot shower. But the most dissapointing is the very rude looby staffs at guards.
