You should have advertised the view of the balconies or put a disclaimer that not all rooms has a view. The concierge can also be a little friendlier when explaining to the customers instead of just saying no to almost everything.

the hotel is in the middle of an alley/street, most transportation will drop you off outside the said alley/street, though only a short walk to the hotel the way was not paved well so it was hard with all the luggages

It’s right smack at the center of downtown boracay, easy to access everything, beach was only 4-7 mins walk, tours and water activity hub was also nearby.

The corridors have poor ventilation and very warm. The road going to the hotel is uneven, with holes and smelly.

Its near the town center and the beach. Moreover, free towel are given if you are going to the beach.

Unfortunately, the hotel location is only accessible through an alley that was flooded when we arrived. There was a makeshift walk way provided but it could be better if Piccolo and other establishments work together to solve the flooding problem permanently.

Great service. The hotel is always on top of what we need. I also commend the Piccolo Hotel for great breakfast options for kids and seniors.

The property is located near to everything! Perfect for short and long stay with a budget staying in Boracay. The street tho is not good, when it rains it flooded and difficult to walk and dark at night. But the staff said it will be repair maybe soon? I don’t really know more. The breakfast is good only for 1 person, not buffet type breakfast. Our room is at the roof top with bigger room and 2 queen beds it was perfect! They also provide roundtrip transfer with extra payment but very worth it and no hassle. Will definitely stay there again. Beautiful Boracay!

The drainage towards the hotel was very poor. Unfortunately, it rained whilst we were there, and so there was flood for 3 days. We can only get out through a push cart and we need to give tips because the one pushing are just on the job trainees who doesn’t have any pay. I pitty them. The flood smell was bad too.

Love the pool and the rooms. Location is very central in station 2. Walking distance from the shops. Free breakfasts was great as they have different options. Bed was comfy. Staff were polite and nice.

-our toilet in lower ground room 114 smells stinky. A foul smell from the drainage is coming out specially in the morning. I informed the front desk and she told me the staff will go and fix it but nobody came to fix it ao we have to endure the smell. -there are no lights in the pathway from the beach to property at night and we felt unsafe passing through it.

We got 4 rooms for the whole family. It is a good choice. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good. Center between brach line and highway.

There's a hair strands inside the fridge not big deal we just wipe it, the door has a gap on the top side. We can. Hear everything from the corridor,when it rain the road outside the main entrance flood .

The staff are friendly, we came in a hot weather and they give us a welcome drinks , the hotel was decent, breakfast has a lot of options even it's plated and the portion is good enough. The room that we had has a balcony which is nice to hang around during night ,The location is good not far from main road or the beach.
