I like the housekeeping staff, they are very approachable.

1st. I didn't like the facility,as they didn't check the room if its ready or not. When I arrived at the room. Keys didn't work as the door was no battery. I waited for 25 minutes, standing at the door. I even requested to move to another room but they didn't allow me as I was so tired from travelling. 2nd. On the second day of stay. TV is not working ( turning on and off ). I called the receptionist and I was asking if I could change the room again because TV is not working. They told me, I can but I have to wait till 8 am. I waited until 9.30 am. They didn't take action until I raised my concerns again. My stay was not good. I was supposed to relax, but the facility is stressing me.

Entrance and check was pleasant and efficient.

No heater for the shower, cold shower. The pictures in the brochure (your website Booking.com). Are not as advertised. This is a very tired hotel, the superior room, was a looooong way from such a grand title. The price was discounted and the pics suggested we had found a really good deal. Ahhh nooo Our room key didn’t work, so engineer came and took lock apart and repaired it. We only stayed for one night as we had an early flight. Checking out was straight forward until I asked for a taxi, and instead we were asked to sit and wait while our room was checked ? Seriously ? Some 10 mins late, check out employee reported back, room all In order, he will now order a taxi. I have travelled extensively for many years and have never been told to wait while they check my room to see if I stole the kettle or packed an old towel 🙈 Photos of rooms and general guest areas should be checked and updated.

Free breakfast, food is good. Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating. Near G mall and schools.

My room has broken baseboard. Well its perfectly fine. I really dont like is i got only 1 day book😉

Gym was great, and the Pool was comfortable to relax after the gym. Food restaurant is delicious but it does get limited, explore more is my advise

I was charged for the soda and water that was in the mini fridge. They should warned you that it will be charged, I thought it was free

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good.

Our room was not the cleanest, had cockroaches and the air conditioning was very moldy. We were suppose to have a garden deluxe room but had a view right into someone else’s room. It was very dark. But the rest of our groups were good.

It was a really good hotel. Close to city centre. Best to get breakfast before 8am as food will not be refilled Beds were comfortable

We chose the property for its proximity to the Dr’s office that my dad needed to go to.

Rooms and furniture are quite dated. TV has only 2 channels and not quite good reception either. The shower is poorly designed since water splashes everywhere and soaks the entire bathroom floor which makes it high risk for slips and falls.

Welcoming staff and comfortable place

Better if there is shower curtain so that the water can be contained at the shower area only. Better if the shower head should be inspect since there is spillage.
