Unfortunatly there was no pressure in the toilet. I asked them to stop and have a look. I managed flushed the toilet by hand in the and told the staff they don’t have to have a look today anymore, it was getting late. At 11pm a staff member knokked at my door to have a look. Reallt sweet, but I was already sleeping. I had a early flight, so was not really happy to be disturbed after texting it was ok. Besides that, apperently entrance to the room I stayed in was through a living room of locals that live there. That was a bit unexpected. It turned out that at night I heard them using the waterpomp till the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep.

Good communication and really sweet and helpfully staff. I got another room assigned because the toilet was blocked (before I arrived). Nice place.

Air freshener too strong. Need shower mat in bathroom. Shower curtain was a little short, so floor got wet after use.

Thank you for the room upgrade. Easy of checking in and out. Great WiFi and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The place was actually ok with the value I paid. I was booked w premier suite inn but a day before I got a message saying I was moved to keiner hills condo. It is very near from the mactan airport and there was a meet and greet girl. She gave us the WiFi password which was wrong and left. It was 130am when we arrived. We were just settling when I discovered no toilet paper available. It is basic need. I rang the contact number but no answer. Imagine being stuck without tissue paper at 2am! For this reason I will never stay here again and I wont recommend to anybody.

It’s just the hot shower doesn’t work well but doesn’t bother us

The ambience is nice and very clean. The staff is very patient in waiting for us until we arrive and reply to our inquiries immediately. So close to the airport and very accessible because there is restaurant just outside the property.

There is no suite. No room was available per the current tenant.

There was no Premiier Suite. Jacqueline arrived to this building not with a very old elevator. No reception available to ask. It was not a legitimate accommodation.

We didnt like the whole stay as it made us sick, th3 smoke, the smell is terrible, environment is very bad. Never recommend this place and we never come back.

That place should be closed, very stinky, it triggers our asthma. Smells awful and majority of abandoned rooms for us very unsafe. Dont let it until renovated.

Main hallway needs to be cleaned! Elevator works half the time, so we had to carry our bags down 4 flights of stairs.

The location was not good. No upkeep. The toilet clogged. The bathroom has a bad smell. The bathroom has no ledges where you put your toiletries.

The indoor unit is nice.

It is located very close to the airport, on a late incoming flight I could check in late, communication with the owner was very easy by whatsapp. He was very fast answering any question. Property was easy to find, from the airport you can even walk (about 20 minutes) A good place to stay for a night to rest/sleep/shower before or after the flight.

Quick response to messages Clean room They accommodated a early check in for us. Nice personal touches like complimentary ice cream on arrival. Airport transport available. I booked the room because of the high rating on the booking app and I was not disappointed.
