Reception staff is a bit "bland"/uninterested (except for a guy that was friendly and helpful), but no complaints. We found the bed too hard (by international standards; by Filipino standards it was "normal"). The internet provided by the wifi was of low quality/speed/stability; combined with limited mobile data reception in the room.

Clean, spacious, meets expectations, and directly connected to the best cafe in town which is the biggest reason to stay here. This cafe (Sparrow Cafe) serves excellent coffee and food on a wide variety menu with awesome staff/owner. Furthermore, this place does what it should: provide an affordable stay.

No elevator but it's okay since it's a small hotel. However, the shower is pretty bad - not working properly and I think the shower head needs to be cleaned. When we arrive the scent of bleach or cleaning agent was too strong.

The room is quite decent. The staff in the morning was quite helpful and is very responsive to our questions and has good recommendations when it comes to transportation and such.

No toothbrush/toothpaste, handwash gel/ shower gel or slippers provided. As we carried our own, it didn't make any difference to us.

Awesome Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff. Large Rooms and Bathroms. Strong AC, strong hot water and TV with lots of English International channels. Electric Kettle and Refrigerator in the room. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper and coffee/creamer/sugar provided everyday. Water Refill dispenser in the corridor.

I found their mattress super uncomfortable because it was rock hard. I had a night of tossing and turning but I could manage for a single night. Their parking spot is tight to say the least. It's at the side of the hotel on an extremely narrow side road...it is very difficult to park there due to a car that is permanently parked opposite the hotel parking gate. The hotel does have a partnership with another hotel that charges Php 150/night to park...so that is worth considering next time.

Great little hotel in the heart of the Olongapo tourist trap. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower has great water pressure and there is local cable. Great little place with a restaurant attached. I didn't have breakfast included but I ate at their restaurant and their breakfast was, just like the hotel, great value for money.

Nothing really. If I paid double would say OK, but can't complain at this price point.

Staff efficient, very clean, great aircon,. For 1150/1200 P, great value, with decent security safe. Shower good pressure. Nice Cafe,restaurant next door.

I first booked a normal room which was old small and uncomfortable. The street noise made it impossible to sleep at nights.

Room 17 is incredibly noisy. Like sleeping in an aeroplane. I had to move room but next one was fine. Staff could do with a little more knowledge on the local area to help first time visitors but they are friendly and good at check in and out.

Great location. Comfortable bed. WiFi good. TV with some English channels. Garage around the back for safe parking. Good value at online prices (book in-person and they charge almost double, even when you show the online price- very strange). Nice food in the attaching restaurant (although the smell in there is not pleasant for a restaurant)

It all started when I booked a room with a balcony, I didn't get that so I complained and the staff very rude said the room wasn't available so I had to stay with a room a lot cheaper than the one I paid. Ask for a refund from my room and they said no not possible. The staff not even good morning they could say apart from the receptionist in the evening the others aren't good always on their phone or with friends or boyfriend and if you came seems you are upsetting them.

Nothing. It's not brand new hotel but as long as they accept my furry baby (pet) then this hotel is perfect for me.

This place is pet friendly and has free parking. It's not perfect but as long as they accept my furry baby (pet) then this hotel is perfect for me. I will come back again.

Unhelpful front desk. Bathroom dirty.. ac not working properly. No elevator so you have to carry all your stuff upstairs regardless how heavy it is. Pictures are not the same in the actual room. AGAIN I am demanding a refund of the amount we paid and didnt use. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND DISAPPOINTING
