The receptionist staff are ineffective beyond their role of giving you a key and vouchers. They cannot/will not arrange anything such as a shuttle to the airport (though will do luggage storage?!) and they gave wrong information upon check in (when asking whether I could smoke upstairs on the open terrace, I was told no, I would have to go 26 floors downstairs - only to find out that the bar on the top - the 26th floor - has a smoking area and they handout ashtrays when they are open. This was great news, but the reception staff should know this?) The 2000 pesos room deposit came as a shock, but we understood and paid it. There are odd ‘unwritten’ rules from staff- like I was stopped in my tracks by a staff member (a young woman from the coffee shop shouted ‘hey sir!’ as if to stop me) when I simply walked past the public coffee shop area to the right, as I simply wanted to look at the view from the walkway near the coffee shop. No signs say you cannot walk this way and it’s an open public walkway. No way to tell housekeeping you want the condo cleaned? I couldn’t find a sign anywhere. Other reviews mention this already but you’ll be given a hot plate and cooking facilities, but no pans. This is because these are essentially private condos hired out to look like a hotel (a local friend told me this). All in all, an odd place which lacks consistency to an outsider coming to stay.

The security staff on the door were exceptional. They arranged taxis to the airport, were polite and kind, and the best staff there. The bed is comfortable and the apartment/condo is nice overall. Soft towels, comfy bed and shampoo/shower gel supplied. The room is good overall. The bar is excellent, it’s independent from the rest of the place. Its views are lovely and the staff are great. Lovely atmosphere.

The gym was moldy, hot and not worth using. Breakfast was not great, only the egg was nice but the bread was very bad, not baked long enough.

we had some issues with the warm water in one of the bathrooms and had a little bit of a bad communication with reception. but they fixed it the next day. also this is not a hotel its apartments. this should not be sold as a suite because its not. its a two bedroom apartment. so that was a bit misleading and disappointing. we paid a lot for this two-bed suite, and didn't get the value for it. It is very worn so you can tell it hasn't been updated, which is sad. If i knew it wasn't a hotel i wouldn't book it! But we only stayed for 2 night so it was ok.

Location was good, it was spacious and clean. This is not a hotel, which I thought, and there was no breakfast, which wasn't that important tbh.

While sharing a prime location with Brittany, The Residences at BCCT falls short in terms of quality and service. Despite similar pricing, the experience is far from comparable. Our short stay was met by several issues: a malfunctioning water heater, limited elevator access, and subpar amenities like flimsy, unsealed water bottles and low-quality toothbrushes. The service was equally disappointing. A valuable item went missing from our room, hairdryers were scarce and difficult to obtain, and room service orders were mishandled, leading to significant delays and frustration. Despite the ideal location, the management and operations team clearly need improvement. Such a subpar experience can negatively reflect on the Philippines, especially for international business travelers.

The location is perfectly located right across SM Aura Mall which is super convenient.

Some of the facilities. MAJOR DOWNER the unit assigned to us had an electricity problem. Short glitches happened at around 4 to 5pm. Around 10pm, blackouts lasting 3 to 5mins, and as the blackout repeats, the longer it gets. Kudos to staff for fast assistance, however they weren't able to solve the concern and needed further observation and professional help. Problem with signing in netflix with the TV.

I like that the staff were very accommodating and helpful to us. Provided us with extra towels and pillows. Helped us with our luggages as well. Beautiful view at the penthouse swimming pool.

The staff was friendly. They tried their best to make us comfortable. But the rooms was smelly. The air conditioner in the corridor were off and it was smelly. . The hotel management really need to check on this reviews to make changes

Breakfast, toasted bread looks like they toast it in a pan, not in a toaster,it’s burned. No intercoms, the front desk forgot to tell us about phone number to call. But you can meet staff in the hallway or in the restaurant to ask for your needs.

This is Condo Hotel, how this establishment can be rated 5 STAR in booking.com ? This is misleading ! This is maximum 3 star condo hotel in this area.

Hugely disappointed with house keeping. Even after repeated reminders at front desk, they forget to clean the room, refill water bottle etc. Imagine returning at 11pm from work just to find out your room was not cleared and on top of that you dont even have drinking water.

The place has an amazing roof top bar and the staff there are super friendly. A shoutout to one of the bartender "Peter", he became my friend on the first day and he suggested me so many amazing drinks. I used to visit almost daily to the bar and ask him to serve me something new and he never failed to impress. There is also a mall just opposite to the place, super convenient to get anything and everything you need. If its late hours, then you have 7 eleven at the facility to quench your midnight cravings.

I was scared of cockroaches as there were many reviews, but actually, I didn't notice one. The price is obviously too high as you just get a simple double room.

We traveled Philippines for 1 month and visited Coron, El Nido, Balabca, Cebu, Siquijor, Siargao, and Manila. We were very happy with the location of this hotel as there were a lot of shops, restaurants reach by walking distance.

In room 2206, the aircon leaks. The price is too much as we only need the room to sleep with only plated breakfast There are no sleepers No extra pillows No iron No water for the stay. No hair blower The tv operation is hard.

Overall is good except that I have to deposit a security 5000 pesos (CASH). As a foreigner was staying there for about 2-5 days for business, if you are arrived during night time, it's a bit of pain because that I have to find an ATM to get the cash. Many ATM in the close location was not available during night time. I wish that they would let me know that I have to have security cash (also 5000 pesos, pretty big amount in your wallet) before I made the trip to the hotel.

I like the hotel that it's close to everything at BCG. The mall is right beside you and transport (TAXI) are available everywhere. You could walk anywhere basically, if you need food or see attraction nearby. Everything is in a walking distances, which is super convenient.
