Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location was great, lots of cafes near by that were walkable. It felt safe for the most part. Beds comfortable and facilities as expected. Bathroom had a great shower!

Great location very near to Rockwell Powerplant mall and Poblacion. With access to hotel amenities in the same tower. Room is clean and very well-maintained. fully equipped kitchen, and of course, NETFLIX-ready!!! Stress-free stay at this hotel. Will definitely be back, and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

GermanyNot only is the room really great, the building itself, the staff, etc are just spot on. The host communicated very well, clear and precise. When there was an issue with the internet, he brought a mobile modem within 10 minutes and later provided access to a room with great connectivity. I extended my stay about 3 times, that's how much I liked it. Each time I'll be in Manilla I'll be staying here as the value for money is just outstanding. Highly recommended!

PhilippinesI enjoyed my stay here! The place was so clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The room also provided a nice view of the Pasig River and city lights at night. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. and it was fun being so close to Rockwell for shopping and dinning. The host helped us with directions a couple of times. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

United KingdomWe thought we were booking a hotel, but there was no reception or typical hotel services upon arrival. Instead, security guards checked our IDs, and we had to wait around for someone to bring the keys to our room. Even though someone had been texting me earlier to confirm our arrival time, we still ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes—which was far from ideal after a long day of travel. All we wanted was to get to our room and rest. When someone finally showed up with the keys, they had the nerve to ask for a cash deposit, which was never mentioned beforehand. Of course, we didn’t have any on us, and they said they'd collect it later. Thankfully, given how disappointed we were, they let it go and never followed up. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud. We were left choosing between a cool room with constant noise or a hot, quiet room—neither of which made for a good night’s sleep.
Great view from the room and comfortable beds. Nice and clean facilities with bathrobes and 2 sinks. Large and spacious room.
