It was our second time in the Shire after three years and we were positively surprised to see that not only did they keep their high standards, they even managed to raise them. Michelle and her team are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast amazing. This is by far the best place to stay when you’re in Sagada, we’ll be back!

Breathtaking view and the staffs were very friendly. The hotel itself was totally worth the money . Everything was exceptionally fantastic.

Staff are overworked. The Receptionist is a cleaner and a server at the same time! This is too much! also no mirror inside the room and in the living room as well. No screen in the windows therefore we can’t enjoy the cool air and we can’t open them at night. The walkway in the middle part smells poop.

Overall this place is exceptional, one of a kind.

Everything was actually lovely.

The food is delicious, and made to order from a menu. The staff was kind, courteous, and polite. Everything was very luxurious, and I definitely felt welcome. So much so, that we extended our stay. A wonderful place of rest and relaxation.

It is overpriced for the facilities it provides and the room much smaller than expected.

The location and deco are lovely. It was perfect for relaxing and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

It is a bit overpriced for what is received. The restaurant was out of several menu items at dinner, and the staff were a bit slow to attend.

The place is beautiful, no doubt about it. The building is beautiful, the views exceptional, and the area very quiet.

Location was both close to the center of Sagada (10’ walk) and quiet with picturesque views.

It’s an effort to reach from the town and the small street leading up to the hotel needs better lighting at night.

The property is in a quiet space tucked away from the noisy streets. Which means you can have plenty of rest and relaxation. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean and tidy. The set breakfast is delicious and the coffee is worth getting a second serving. Would come back next time!

Bit far from the shops and reataurant and hard to get an e-trike if you'd like to go to the center. Late night we noticed an unpleasant smell from the toilet's drainage maybe.

We had an awesome stay, though it's only for a night. Breakfast was superB! The hotel was very clean, cozy, we love the ambiance, the mountain view from our window, staff was very nice!

The door of our hotel room is sometimes hard to open and there’s no hot water for the washroom sink.

There’s a long list of reasons as to why we like the hotel. So I’ll just list a couple. First, the ambience of the place is cozy and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the town proper, it’s a perfect place to relax and destress. Second, the staff are very kind and welcoming.

Probably the best place to stay in Sagada. Very private. Far enough from the busy area, close enough to walk around the busy area. The pancakes at breakfast were great

What a beautiful room, and what a beautiful view! Besides that, the owner was very kind and very helpful. We were even surprised with a food platter after we came home from celebrating new years eve! Super hotel - would recommend to everyone. The pizza at the restaurant is also very good.

I don’t like the chair of the restaurant. Uncomfortable. It was small. The water heater should need more heat.
