As pictures shown, clean and tidy, Terrace chairs , trees and flowers , cozy place . 2 minutes walk to SM Lipa grand terminal, great location. Highly recommend Zillion. Meanwhile, payment policy and process is complicated and contradictory which irritate customers, Zillion should talk with Booking.com to improve it for seamless payment process

Nothing but i want to suggest to put someone at the entrance/gate if you want to ask something specially if your not familiar or first time in that place.

Location is good, walking distance from SM. Ambiance is good. Friendly and accommodating staff as well as the guard. Clean surroundings. The place and location is safe. Even walking at night from SM to hotel feels safe.

No cable tv lol but other than that, it was a pretty great deal.

Location. Situated right beside SM City Lipa and the bus terminal. Also, just a few walks away from Shatra’s Lomi House.

I have 3 main concerns: 1. Sobrang hina ng aircon. 2. Walang elevator. I requested a 2nd floor room hoping na may view. Pero wala. So di worth it yung pag akyat-baba pag need mag-pickup ng delivery or mag-smoke. 3. Speaking of smoking, ang layo ng designated area.

Clean room, nice Japanese bidet, pero sana may regular bidet pa din for those who aren't comfortable with the Japanese one like my partner. I have 3 main concerns: 1. Sobrang hina ng aircon. 2. -the room i stayed have faulty aircon and it kept on shutting down after a few minutes and it kinda disrupted our rest, we were transfered to another room and its better. -room light is a little dark for me (i have an eye problem)

-clean room -enough parking space, secured. -love how it is for legal family and they condone otherwise. -affordable -accomodating staff especially kuya guard of night shift. -just adjacent as in literally walking distance to SM

The room cleanliness can be improved. We encountered black ants pestering the ceiling of the room we stayed in :( we were a little concerned because it can get annoying if it comes to bed.

The room is spacious and has a really high ceiling which we appreciated because it provides good air flow inside the room. Its also accessible and location is really good since its just walking distance away from SM Lipa. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly too :)

1. I was not informed that senior discount cannot be applied when reserving thru booking.com (3rd party) 2..Shampoo was supplied but the other bottle was not labeled so wasn't sure if it was conditioner or liquid bath soap 3. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided 4. Shower curtain could be a tad longer so water does not spill into the toilet/sink area 5. Room phone was not working

1. Superior Room was excellent for its price 2. Beddings and towels were clean 3. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, coffee was excellent 4. Had hot water in the shower 5. Reception, maintenance, service and security staff were helpful and courteous 6. Provision of water dispenser to refill drinking water was not only convenient but less usage of plastic water bottles
