Perfect location near at the beach and restaurants.good bed,Ref,aircon and good internet connection is like heaven

Most of the staff is inattentive and lazy. In 2 weeks they managed only once to clean my room. Only the owner is friendly. It would be nice to have a little bit more in the room: a glass, some hooks or similar to dry wet swimming clothes

The room had everything what I needed: comfortable bed, silent Aircon, stable Wifi, small but a little bit noisy fridge, small terrace with fan. The location is good, next to a lot of good restaurants. Only noisy on Saturday night, when they have a band.

We made a mistake of leaving food out on the table and it wasn’t long until the ants found it. Refrigerate any food to prevent ants getting to it.

Excellent location. Room and bathroom are good size. It has a safe and refrigerator. The property has its own restaurant however we never ate there as there are cheaper options just in front and around town. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and church.

Second stay for me there...Still as perfect as last year ! Perfectly located near by all restaurants and bars in Santa Fe. Staff is so friendly, food is good, they provide all you need. 100% recommended Thank you Mario, Jane and the girls :)

Owner and staff are more than just friendly, it feels like home. The breakfast was a must and the food and drinks make the restaurant one of the best options on the island. I will definitely come back

The water in the shower drained slowly. Additionally, the heat pump was located in the terrace area, making it uncomfortably warm if you wanted to sit outside and enjoy a cool drink.

The staff was friendly, the location was prime and centrally located, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was modern and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was new and quiet—absolutely perfect!

TV wasn’t working the whole 2 nights stay, needs more hooks for towels & hangers for clothes. Shower was so week & hot water not working due to weak water pressure. Rooms next to bar was noisy until 11 PM, cannot sleep. The Tiki bar was kind of pricey compared to other nesrby restaurants, so we never ate there.

It’s accessible to many affordable restaurants, cafes, walking to beach but the access to the beach was too rough & rocky. Room was clean & comfortable. Has a small refrigerator & safety deposit.

Nice staff, helpful, they facilitate motorbike rentals. Place is in a small courtyard behind the bar, music in Friday and Saturday night wasn't too loud and ended around 11. Directly next to mj square, very walkable to everything. Maybe a 10 minute ride to the ferry and 10 minute walk to Kota Beach. Food parks nearby and tons of restaurants.

It does not have a pool and I think that would make a big difference even if it was a very small one. Its not a long walk to the beach however.

The staff were great. Its a small hotel attached to a restaurant in the heart of town. The restaurant was good and many expats and their partners come to dine there.

The listing could be better, originally listed as 2 beds PER room but when we came to the property it was a double sized bed which technically still accommodates 2 people so it depends on what bed set-up your travelling companions are comfortable with. The comfort room door doesn't lock-up so hopefully you are comfortable with who you are with. The room and facilities themselves are clean but from what I have personally experienced during my stay, they need to clean the mattress support (or whatever that is called the things where you put the actual mattress on top of) for bugs because for some reason I can see a few especially in the wee hours in the wee hours in the morning even though we didn't brought anything dirty or that stinks. Wi-Fi was subpar especially when heavily congested by users with speeds averaging 3-5Mbps, resorted to using cellular mobile data instead. Need to put out a clear bedsheet change policy to avoid a possible misunderstanding with the owner.

The location was excellent and was smack dab where you wanted to be with the bars, food stalls and restaurants around the location. You can also easily access various tourist destinations right outside the property as there are tricycles waiting to offer inland tours Staff is easily approachable and you can order food from the front (their bar and restaurant) to your accommodation and eat it just outside the door of you accommodation (Note: owner prohibits eating food inside the rooms so they provide tables and chairs outside your room with a ceiling fan)

The first room I was given had a problem with the electricity supply, the lights, fridge and electric fan suddenly went out. I was moved to another room but the TV couldn't be used because it couldn't connect to the wifi/internet. The wifi in the room was also weak so I used Phone Data.

They have a restaurant but I didn't try it, but it's closer to other eateries/restaurants.
