Budget room in a private house. No air conditioner but a good fan. 3 beds for up to 4. Staff was very helpful and helped with laundry.15 pesos ride by jeepney to city mall and restaurants. Quiet and excellent wifi. Kitchen on site if you need to cook or for hot water for coffee. It was a great stay at a budget price.😃

Nothing! Everything is great from my personal experience.

The staff are very accommodating, they provided me everything that I needed - free water, utensils, condiments for cooking, etc. and they even kept safely my luggage when I checked out early. Ate Ga is particularly the one who gave me assistance on the entire duration of my stay at this transient. Thanks to you all! Highly recommended.

The wifi doesn't reach the room. I don't have a problem with the electric fan only. But if you're not a fan of non-air-conditioned, it can be uncomfortable for you.

The location is easy to find. Also, close to the road where you can ride a modern jeepney (minibus to SM). The place is like a house, and I felt at home due to the kitchen access where you can get free water. It's good for a short stay. The staff were nice and gave me details on how to get to the ferry.

The outdoor kitchen. We had to bring all the materials for cooking outside, it will be a big inconvinience to the guests if it will rain hard.

The hosts were friendly and accomodating. We were able to park 2 cars inside there property so it was perfect.

Although the Google Maps location is accurate, there are lots of tiny streets nearby, so it's easy to take a wrong turn.

Super helpful staff, clean and amazing value for money! Safe, secure, with free parking and they allow pets. As a quick overnight stop on a long journey, you couldn't ask for anything better. Conveniently located for travelling on to the EB Magalona Roro the next day.

I booked this accommodation as it looked good on the booking.com website. When we arrived we were assigned a 'back room' away from the main building. It was a small single room and not big enough for 2 people. There was near constant noise - mainly from barking dogs and one night I was woken up at 2:30am and could not get back to sleep. Some nights I had to taka a sleeping tablet to get to sleep! There was no air conditioning in the room and just a fan on the wall. This made the room uncomfortable. The toilet and shower room was about a 10 metre walk across a yard which is not great in the night. Cold shower, I can accept. To sum up, I was annoyed we were not given a proper double room in the main building. Poor show. Will not be booking or staying there again.

The location was okay - near to the northern bus terminal and the wifi worked okay. Nothing else.

Internet has very low signal inside the rooms Cellular signal is very low too and its hard to use data for browsing The water is not very clean as there is a hint of kalawang.

Location is good. Price is very competitive. Rooms are clean. There is huge space in the common areas. The caretakers are very very nice and accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our stay in the common area as we weren't able to get back to our accommodation before the supposed time of check out.
