No safety lock you are not secure inside if you lose your keys that's it someone can enter your room.Need better protection when you are inside the room.for other important things to leave behind when you are outside.

Clean nice hotel, in a busy area but was quiet and I sleep lightly. Very impressed. Not far from a large mall and lots of restaurants. Staff at reception were lovely.

The shower sucked. No hand held sprayer and water pressure so low it took forever to take a shower. Also I don’t like to use the key to keep the aircon on. It took long gone half tje night to cool the room. The sheet protector or bottom sheet appeared to have body stain on it. Checkin was friendly but slow

Lots of things had additional charges, eg an extra sheet for the bed. Room not cleaned in 3 nights stay so had to ask for additional toilet paper etc. Staff were polite but not very warm or friendly.

Comfortable bed, good sized room, close to IT Park - possible to walk there in 15 mins. Staff were always very polite and quick to help. We would stay again.

It was a comfortable stay. Convenient location, staff were great and price is amazing for a family size group. Will sure stay here again.

Location was good. Near the JY Square. Dessert Factory next door. Easy connection to Ayala. Near the IT Park. Staff was friendly.

Toiletries like toothpaste/toothbrush not provide and obliged to pay for with a real tiny toothpaste. Bathroom has molds and smell 😔

The area around the hotel is super dodgy. There’s some shady people down from the hotel and in general the street is unsafe. The staff was also rude and didn’t accommodate my request for an extra blanket. Not really hot water in bathroom and sheets stained in some places

The staff are friendly and accommodating... The rooms are spacious. The balcony is a nice bonus... not many places in Cebu City have balconies. The general environment is very peaceful

Very small shower with no hot water. Tiles in room cracked and stained. You are informed of charges for any stains on sheets, pillows and towels at check in. Also 500p deposit for damage. Sure enough I was charged 750 p because of coffee spilt on bed sheet and small blood spots on pillows case. But I could take the sheets and pillow case if I wanted them haha. So be aware. No restaurant or room service but a few options outside to eat.

Bed and pillows ok. Balcony small but enough. Room size ok. Tooth brush, soap, water, coffee, kettle. Elevator. Tv. Room clean. Electronic door lock. Staff very good.

The room we had I feel like its kinda dated. It is falling apart. The sheets are very thin needs new ones putting in. Did not even provide a comforter. The toilet needs a proper scrubbing. Water pressure is low. We had a room with balcony but the view mostly was on the dumpster downstairs useless. Parking is very limited. The night guard is rude and always on the mobile phone along with the reception staff. The surrounding area is very busy thus expect an aweful surge of traffic.

Location of the property was good. Everything is accessible. Clean reception and hallways. Courteous day guard who is always there to help.
