We liked everything we see in the place. We did not have any negative experiences.

The place smells great and is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with complete facilities. The staff are very polite and always smiling. The location is excellent and includes free parking. The Wi-Fi is also high-speed. The breakfast is yummy!

This hotel is almost a copy of Taal Vista hotel in Tagaytay. Interior is similar and even the lobby, small version of TaalVistaHotel. I love it so much! Surely I will be back and stay here.

Noting to add - it was a perfect Hotel - expect the overall location of the hotel is not that great - to much traffic to get there.

No maintainance guy on duty.and our bathroom door got broken.they say the guy is off.they told us to move room if we want but i refused because i just unpack everything.they say they need to call the guy from his home to fix the bathroom door and we need to wait for more than an hour for the bathroom door to get fix.we need to go down to the lobby just to use the bathroom.when the maintanance guy finally arrived.he cannot fix the door.so the solution is for us to move room..which is really annoying

It’s just the napkins use at breakfast are so small that you have to use several of them to wipe your mouth and hands

My second time to stay in this hotel. It remains a very nice place to stay when visiting Baguio. Well maintained and it has great amenities both in the room/s and common areas.

No view from the room. The girl on night duty kept opening the emergency exit door. And at 3am or 4am each morning I could hear the alarm going off it was open for a time.

Rooms and breakfast are very nice and comfortable. Yes would stay again.

-Overpowering pine cleaner smell, upon entering room. Fortunately, smell faded after a couple of hours. -Hotel a bit off the beaten path, presented a minor problem upon check out. On a Monday morning couldn't get a Grab or flag down a taxi outside the hotel, had to walk a 1/2 mile to a major intersection to get a taxi to the bus terminal. Plan accordingly.

Only the parking area. It's not a single space for a single car. If you went back late, you'll be at the back of one car who has parked ahead of you. Then, expect an early call from the lobby receptionist (majority are leaving early morning to enjoy and roam around Baguio) because you have to move out your car in order for the car in front of you to get out.

The excellent and swift services provided by the housekeeping, maintenance and reception teams.

Great breakfast and on good day when many rooms are booked and occupied free breakfast turns into a free buffet great foods. Great air conditioner. Great receptionists. Great shower. Location is not far away from town. It's just the day traffick that gets you. Great Wifi

The process of booking the room through bookng.com could have been better and more streamlined with an option to pay the whole amount in advance rather than having to pay through a bank account transaction off site then paying on site which made it a bit of a hassle. The hotel should probably try to include a full payment option to avoid any hassle in the booking process if done online.

The room size is exceptional for the price and screams value. The included breakfast buffet is an added bonus. The view that was given in the junior sweet was quite enjoyable at night time. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

Parking space is a little tight and as a result it takes longer to come in and out.
