We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

MalaysiaThanks to Fit and Kim for their welcome and kindness :-) I couldn't enjoy my stay because I was sick (a big thank you to Kim!) and on top of that, there was a typhoon! The next morning, the hotel was flooded on the ground floor!! Thanks to the employee who helped me carry my backpack to the tricycle!

PhilippinesThe bathroom. All in all this is the only thing that I can say that needs improvement. The bathroom looks old it is evident with the handles of the faucet, shower, and bathtub.
The room was superb! The person in charge upgraded our room for free. The room itself exceeded my expectations. I had a chat with the person in charge and they are still adding amenities to the property. The property also felt secure since there is a cctv in each strategic point of the property.

PhilippinesThere was no breakfast inclusion. They spend some effort to improve the facility like spring cleaning the room. There were ants in the bathroom also mosquitoes in the room. They should have a list of tricycle service providers who can be called anytime by the front desk since the hotel is distant from the center.

Choices very limited, presentation poor, coffee urn not charged every day, coffee tasted very bitter and stale, location a bit inconvenient. Rooms should be provided with electronic kettle and complementary coffee/milk/sugar and water every day for the duration of the stay.
