AustraliaI arrived at the property and the guards were totally clueless, nothing was coordinated with them. The room doesn’t have any toiletries as advertised and there is no one to escalate to that I have to go through my booking to end up with a red doors contact centre. There is no mirrors anywhere in the room.
The security guards had gone above and beyond to facilitate my stay that should have been handled well by the hotel staff who is no where to be found. Fast wifi, small but clean room.

Nothing to like! Cockroaches everywhere, the door that won't lock from inside has big hole. No tissue paper, no soap, no hook to hang your clothes.

United KingdomThe bathroom sink didn’t work, the bathroom floor was wet when we checked in, the mould on the roof, black marks on the bed sheets, the loudness of staff speaking to each other outside our room at night. No toilet seat, broken mirror, dirty windows, drain smell in the room. Checked in at 7/8 don’t take card payments so had to go get cash, left the place around 9/10 to go out as the room was shocking then came back was like it’s for one night hopefully we can just sleep as we were tired but even that didn’t happen was awake at 2am because the bed was so uncomfortable. Left the room at 5am just to get out the room came back at 9 and was back out again because the smell was so bad came back to shower and check out.

So bad to book using booking.com with credit card because upon arrival they will ask you to paid the cash amount then after that they will put no show in their remarks after youve checked out then charge your credit card, so they charge twice/doubled amount. Then the processing of their refund took so long almost a month, i requested ny refund march 20 but until now no response..i am so dissappointed..

PhilippinesVery dissapointed with the place. First, the taxi had a hard time to find that place cause it's hidden and people nearby we asked for direction had no clue iether. When I got there, I thought everything was well organized cause I booked it online but the front desk seemed like not prepared of the people she would have entertained that day. They were freaking out! I was pissed outside waiting because she was not the kind of front desk I was expecting to welcome me! The room was fine but the moment I opened the bathroom it was stink and no toilet seat either! The floor was dusty. You could hear the noise outside. You couldn't use their wifi cause I believed it couldn't cater that much accommodation so their screen TV is useless. I would like to recommend the front desk to welcome the guest with proper attire and hygiene. I'm not saying she must be beautiful but be presentable!
