Check-in – Smooth check-in and check-out process. Self check-in was convenient, and all necessary information was provided a day before arrival. Wi-Fi – We stayed on the third floor, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach that far. Heater – It took a little while to figure out how to operate the heater, but once we did, it worked fine. Fridge – You have to pay extra if you want to use the fridge. My thoughts: It would have been better if the towels provided were newer, as the ones we had were quite old and worn out. It would also be helpful to have hangers in the closet. The dining chairs needed a wipe down as there was some mold on them. But overall, it was a good stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. Will I stay here again? Yes!

The double bed had a plastic covered mattress which made sleeping incredibly hot and sticky!

The information about self check-in we received before our arrival was good. The self check in was easy. The apartment was clean. We liked the location- we were able to walk to the local museum, into the town and to eating places easily. It is close to various bus stations and jeepneys.

Not much, probably just the wifi, maybe a stronger signal would have helped.

It is very spacious. This place ideal for lengthier stays where you have your own closet, kitchen, utensils, balcony, living room and just everything you need to move and organize. The sheets are clean. The place is peaceful and quiet and the accessibility was easy. A general merchandize store was also nearby to get some resources.

No fridge to put drinks to make it cold for refreshing.

The accessibility of the property was so convenient and just a few steps away from the street where we stayed and it is so quite that you hardly hear any sound from it. The street parking is just fine and safe as long as you park it well.

Not so much of a dislike but I wish there was a microwave oven.

Very convenient checkin and checkout. Staff are responsive as well. Best thing is the location! It is a few minutes walk away from the Capitol, museum, and sinking bell tower. Despite it being in the middle of the capital, VF Riton is tucked away in a quiet place so you get to enjoy the hustle and bustle during the day and then wind down and relax in the evening. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around!

The property is well located, you even have a little street shop in the same street (with a very cute dog called Choco). The instructions were easy to understand and the host was responsive. The room was nice and clean for a basic, yet, comfy stay. Great way to start our trip for a few days before heading to Vigan city. All the best for the future 🎄🙏

Have to pay extra for things like fridge use, etc. Bathroom was small. A bit noisy in morning, but welcome to the Philippines.

No human interaction needed to check in, can just take key from lock box and go in. Room is very spacious relative to the price, which is affordable. Decently located in Laoag.

Location is great quiet but, lots of mum and pop restaurants and stores nearby. Chizulle kareoke is great, many nights spent there and at the three nightclubs a few streets away Convenient for town. Lots of room in the apartment. They provided a room to keep luggage while waiting for flight

Smooth check-in & check-out! It EXCEEDED our expectations. VALUE FOR MONEY!! We were a family of 11 adults and 3 kids, and we could sleep comfortably. The only point for improvement is we wished the bathroom was outside the master bedroom. Besides that, everything was perfect, and it is located within the city center, so it is very convenient. Thank you! :)

If the screen doors would have a lock because there was an incident when an old lady entered our room accidentally. It was a good thing that my sister was inside and saw her.

The location was very near the city center and the bus station which was very ideal for us. The area was also peaceful. It was also easy to communicate with the owner.

No heater in the shower. The owner was nice enough to let us use the bathroom in the other room though it was slightly inconvenient.
