The price is reasonable for its facilities and area. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights (good for 6 people) but the bathroom is however the opposite. The room for two has a wide shower room and bathtub; the room for 4, family room has a small bathroom (no bath tub). 🙃 And not only the bathroom but also the fridge. The refrigerator in the family room is old and very small. In addition, the water is so weak that the shower does not work. We just used the pale and dipper. And the really disappointing in this place was -- it's too noisy. The other guests as well as the staff themselves were too noise even after 12 midnight. And the staff was knocking at 11pm in the middle of our sleep just to ask for our breakfast menu. Well, anyway.. the food was good enough so I'd give a fair score. And infairness, the other staff were kind enough, especially the one who helped us heat the foods in the kitchen. Thank you! ^^

I stepped on dog poo outside the gate hahaha. maybe keeping the outside clean also. but of course not their fault.

Very helpful staff, pet friendly and the presidential suite is ample room to do staycation! And the bathroom is spacious, that’s a plus :)

We couldn't sleep well one night because there was a gathering of sort one night and like an online selling the next night. We could hear it from the inside. The water in the pool didn't look clear..

Easy to locate on the map, staff were nice and friendly, the place is like a mansion, rooms are clean and there's a private bathroom in each room, installed with tv with Netflix, there's a small personal ref and kettle, small table and monoblock chairs too. Ample water supply, a shower with heater in the bathroom. Towels and disposable slippers are provided. The AC was working fine, there was a room whose AC didn't cool at first, so they provided us an electric fan, toilettries were provided too...there's a designated area for bbq, pool has slides which the children enjoyed.

The toilet needs to be updated and fixed some fixtures. The water in the pool is not clean for the night swimming. Needs to make sure that the pool water is clean for people who wants to do nights swims as the water hasn’t been cleaned or changed after a lot of people been for day swim.

The place is nice but far to what we expect it to be. We booked for presidential suite and we're really looking forward for the Jacuzzi since it is included in the facilities. However, the dirt comes right after turning it on. We also have to request for the toiletries because it was not prepared in the room. Most of the food included in the menu is not available. The videoke is placed right next to our room, so expect for much noise coming from the day tour swimmers. Overall experience is really disappointing.
