The toilet and bathroom are outside on a corridor monitored with CCTV. Toilet and Bathroom are both very small and uncomfortable to use.

The room was clean, the Aircon and Wi-Fi worked.

Toilet & shower room is common, you need to go out of your room to use them. But this is highly recommended for Families or group of friends needing more rooms but shared kitchen, toilet and shower rooms. Take note: shower rooms are tiny but clean though.

The room is spacious and clean with a ref inside. The Hometel is close to malls and shops.

Comfort rooms are really a MUST for me especially the water. I have high expectations but the water was slow and I don't enjoy taking a bath.

The awkward parking area for a big car, the shower areaa are a bit cramped so took a bath in the toilet instead. the stairs to the top floor can be a bit challenging to go up to and if you get a room at the second floor you will have a hard time carrying luggage. they have a confusing check in - check out time from the published time here at the website. we were being rushed to check out.

its near a mall and accessible to the town proper. that I got to wash dirty clothes and hang it at the top floor. the caretaker got pur clothes for us when it rained.

Could use more dinnerwares, at least enough to accommodate max occupancy. They had maintenance going on at the property. I am a property manager myself and I understand maintenance for rentals are important, but at least informing guests in advance would help set their expectations.

Very convenient location. Good value for money, spacious rooms. Laundry facility came in handy since we had to extend our stay for another unexpectedly.

Everything could of been better. When I looked at the pictures on Booking.com the room looked great. It showed a small kitchen and nice CR but when arriving there the room was small and it was a shared kitchen and CR that was in terrible condition. The toilet area was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet, the shower area was so small you could hardly turn around. The only thing that might save this place is a total power wash and repaint. It was not a clean place. Moved out after the first night there. The owner didn't speak English so good thing I was with a friend to help with that. They did not even ask why we were leaving.

1/The entrance room doors needed WD40 on hinges as sqeaked loud coming and going , not good if trying not to wake others up , 2/ No toilet tissue 3/ It's not polite and bad manners to say too your guest that your responsible for not staining the bed sheets 4/ Sink blocked in bathroom & no mirror for shaving

That an old person will not be able to climb the second and 3rd floor if they want to wash and dry their laundry. The doors sort of not fitted properly and my nephew panicked when he couldnt open his door from inside, very dangerous if theres a fire. Theres no fire exit at the back near the bathroom/kitchen area of the ground floor, only the main entrance has a door to get out from if theres emergency. I can hear people open and close doors because the doorknobs make a loud noise. Theres not enough space to park a big car or cars and the entrance of the street is quiet narrow and the road is rough going to the property. Their check in/ out time is confusing. I hope they can correct this.

I like the location really near Robinsons mall and the fact that i can do my laundry ang hang them up at the third floor. The caretaker removed my clothes and saved it when it rained without a warning. We can also cool basic meals in the kitchen provided we bring our own supplies.
