I didn’t like how the hallway to the rooms did not have air condition. The elevator was small. Room keys didn’t work.

The location is perfect as its located in the main city center, business center area, malls and restaurants, plenty of parking and easy to park.

The rooms are not very clean. Elevator is creeky.

There is a pungent smell in the bathroom. An air deodorizer would be helpful.

The staff. Coordinated for airport pickup and confirmed the ETA a day before but they DID NOT show up. Called to let them know the guests have landed and are waiting but was told that it wasn't book and told us to just "take a taxi." Male front desk was very condescending on top of that. Will never book here again.

We stayed for two nights and room service was not provided between. We don't need new towels or change of bed sheets but emptying the waste basket and providing new bottles of water would be nice.

I travelled with 2 kids and 1 senior and they should have checked this as it was very inconvenient for us to walk up and down stairs going to/fro phase 2. they helped us carry the bags though. The beds are also comfy however we have to remove the blanket and comforter as it was very itchy. No issue for the other room that we booked.

I like the location as it was conveniently located in front of Robinson mall, there is parking available. Fast check-in. WIFI was very fast. TV is available with cable to entertain kids. Mattress thick enough. CR is clean, there is hot and cold shower, facility is new. Breakfast is included and serving/taste was good.

There used to be more food selections and I guess after covid they got rid of buffet. Juices, not just coffee, and maybe toast bread should be included in the breakfast plan. I am a filipino but I have beein living in the States most of my life and we expect toast bread (or some kind of pastry) that comes with coffee. I was told the hotel ran out of bread. You could increase the price per night to compensate for that. Mot of the time, it is the convenience for guests who stay in your hotel not necessarily the price. I heard animals (don't know what it was) running around the roof or on the side of the room. Don't know exactly where but it was loud early in the morning. Batchrooms bare concrete floors do not look clean as they are not waterproofed or painted. As a guest coming from the US, I expect clean bathrooms. If you take care of these things, I would come back again and again due to its location and price.

I had been here before so I know what to expect. All better hotels were fully booked. February is a busy month for all hotels in Laoag. What i like about this hotel is the location. It is located across Robinson's Mall.

The first room had no hot water. Staff looked at it and said we needed to run the water for 20-30minutes. After 30 minutes still no hot water, so we asked for a different room and they obliged. no hot water at the sink. Breakfast included the first morning was a coupon and a walk up the street to McDonalds, not very good. the next morning breakfast was in house and much better
