PhilippinesRoom is old and was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived most especially the bathroom. Booking comes with breakfast but they send your breakfast to the room with a takeout box since their main cafe is close for renovation. Owner, Ms Sheilla is responsive through text while we were in the property. However, I was not anymore responded when I was asking for a sales invoice.
Location is very convenient if you wish to be near Cloud 9.

PhilippinesRats in the ceiling really bothered me during my stay. No flush in toilet and water in bidet is either weak or doesn’t have any pressure at all. The water coming from the faucet smells like LPG Main door double lock is not working (critical for safety of guest. Weak signal and wifi connection.

AustraliaPower would go out around 10 times a day The toilet was very poor the shower was poor the room had 🐜 shit every day going on the spare bed and some floor areas but the main issue was power outage once it goes so does the WiFi, hot water and water supply do not stay here if you want to use wifi or power or clean yourself.

United StatesBathroom = lock is broken . I almost got locked out inside the bathroom . I told the reception but did not do anything. No toilet paper inside de the bathroom . It was addressed also to the reception but nothing was done . Toilet flush is broken ! Won’t flush at all . . Bed with ants . Cockroach almost went inside my suitcase

AustraliaTerrible beds, steep stairs to carry luggage up and down the stairs, awful service. The bathroom was horrible. No sink in the bathroom. Toilet leaked. Lack of bedding and bathroom mats which had to ask for. Single bed had mould. Awful shower and terrible bed to sleep on. Breakfast not good. Ordered coconut water and they spilt it and served me it still half empty. Made a comment about it and said I had to have it. Lack of towels available and toilet paper too. There was a light that would turn off so the room not dark and hard to sleep. All this was reported to management whom the owner is. Foreigner and not there but the girlfriend was and did not do anything but compensate for breakfast which was rice, sausage and eggs that weren’t not nice. Could not get a refund so I could not stay elsewhere. Terrible and worst experience. The noisy generator from next door kept us up. Worst wifi too which was slow. Power kept going on and off which was annoying and frustrating. Staff were rude and always on their phones.
The location, nothing else was good about the property.

United KingdomBathroom was horrible, no sink either to wash your hands, cold low powered shower. Loud Air Con in the room, so hard to fall asleep. Signs need to be put up in the communal area to tell guests that it’s quiet time between 11pm-7am or something as a few nights guests came back and were talking and laughing at 3am with no care for guests sleeping. Was there 8 days, didn’t get asked once to get my room cleaned etc. No introduction to the establishment and where everything is and how the cafe works, plus no advice on check in about trips and scooter hire etc, had to figure it out all by myself.
Amazing location opposite the entrance to Cloud 9, cafe in the hotel area and close to amenities. Large bedroom.

Spacious and comfortable private room with modern amenities. The decor is tasteful, creating a relaxing ambiance. The bed is cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Walking distance to cloud9 beach. And international surfing spot. Overall, a delightful and peaceful stay, the staff was amazing. They offered all day Breakfast, Will come back for sure!
