The staff was great at the desk Amie and dessa. Ken in housekeeping went above the call of duty to help me. Security was great.. restaurant on ground floor was .awesome best coffee I ever had. I learned and had my first massage upstairs. Mia was great and very professional and Michelle the desk clerk was always very professional and always smiling. After 21 days they were all family.

Owner was very rude when we called him to inquire about parking space since it was not mentioned that there is a designated parking. Also, the other person we talked to on a phone call acts the same. These phone numbers were provided to us by booking.com

It somehow has a strange smell. Im not sure though, if it is due to wall paints or anything.

I like that it is very accessible. It has ample parking. Big room. And most importantly, it has Netflix. UCC coffee is also a plus.

For the price paid everything was good value.

The reception desk was always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect, with excellent personal service. The room was simple, but well-equipeed, with excellent air-con and an extremely comfortable bed.

Surfaces were a bit dusty. Hangers weren’t in the cabinet so we had to call the front desk for it. You also have to pay for the towels. I don’t mind but it would be nice if it came with the room. I know they’re on soft opening and this may be petty but I’d appreciate a full body mirror by the door and mirror/vanity in the rooms. There’s a blank wall by the door you can utilize for that. A hair dryer in the bathroom would be a plus.

Family room was spacious and appreciated the two bathrooms. Wi-fi was effecient for my work. There’s UCC and other restaurants in the property if you’re lazy to go out. Just outside, there are plenty of restaurants and fast food chains, and a 7-Eleven nearby.

The room reeked of a urine smell Upon check-in. The staff only sprayed lysol but didnt really clean it after awgile rhe sme.was back.Only two pillows and they were so uncomfortable. The aircon was not cooling well.enough.

They put us in the wrong room, which appeared to be an upgrade. We questioned immediately, upon check-in at 7pm. They said they will check. By 9pm, when we were already settled and asleep, they confirmed we were in the wrong room, and told us to come down to the reception, to settle things. We refused to go down to the reception at that time of past 9pm (and we told them we were ready to settle any additional fees for the upgraded room in the morning). Ultimately, they come knocking at the door at 9:30pm, and informed us we have to transfer to another room— at 9:30pm, when we were already settled and had been sleeping. It appears they wanted to cancel the room booked at BOOKING.COM and offer us the upgraded room, via direct booking with the hotel.

There were no basic utensils like spoon and fork, glasses and mugs. There is a water heater for coffee or tea but there is no complementary drinks except water that is 250ml

Rented 2 family rooms for my family. I was dissatisfied with the airBnB condo that I reserved for a week before coming here in the Philippines. Have to seach for a place /hotel where I can transfer my family ASAP the next morning for comfortable stay and found Wesfame suites via booking.com. Our unit has 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable rooms. Most of all it is affordable for me since I have big family The provided slippers to use was a bonus too, made you really feel at home! Restaurants within the building and mostly are walking distance. Grocery store is also walking distance!

Roosters on the roof opposite created a nice alarm clock after the rock bands had finished the night before. Cleaners did not come in the 3 days we were there.
