Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PakistanHad a decent stay at 12th Avenue Hotel. The room was comfortable and service was fine. However, bedsheets could be cleaner and most electrical sockets didn’t work — the few that did were sparking, which needs urgent fixing. Also, no shaded parking area, which left my car exposed to the sun. Overall, not bad, but with a few improvements, it could be a much better experience

The bread is the typical commercial white bread and I asked to switch to the roti/parata option but my request was declined. Other guests were served the roti/parata. 4. United Arab EmiratesA lot of maintenance work is required. Most of the recreational activities need repair. The outdoor lawn needs to be cleaned and maintained for the guest to sit outside. Toiletries should be provided with the room.
