Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I don't like the washroom. there was a persistent bad odour which made our stay a bit uncomfortable there

The staff was not co-operative. They did not allow me to check out late at 2pm, even though I checked in late at 11 pm. The choice for complementary breakfast was too short

The location was a bit too quite nothing around so had to get a taxi but it was next to a busy road. The beds were a bit to soft, there was no bath but had shower which was fine, the TV only had a few channels coming clear as the ariel must have got damaged could not find a sports channel as the euro 24 were on so had to watch it on phone. Also light switches were all near the front door none near bed side cabinet, so when going to sleep had to get out of bed to close the lights then get back in.
The rooms were really nice and cool. Powerfully a/c and fan combined even got too cold at night so had to have them on low setting. With breakfast included up until 11.30am so had plenty of time. They should have a breakfast set menu but gave a few options which were fine, fried egg, scrambled, French toast tea/coffee and water... It's fine to start the day off with.

The location is very very poor. There were literally tents of the homeless people right next to the property and the turn to get on the property's road it stinks like death.
Everything was very good, neat and clean and comfy.

Some of the amenities could be improved like remotes for TV and A/C. Although A/C and warm water were not very important in this season but it would be nice to keep them in operation.
Room was clean and same as shown in pic, staff was very cooperative, main attractions around like emporium mall, AlFatah and many restaurants ate at 5 mins drive. Mosque is at 5 mins walk in Abdalian Housing Society

Why offering a free breakfast if you are gonna serve a disgusting oili Paratha and HALF omelette with a bucket of chillies? I simply don't understand. The guy at the reception speaks no English at all, which still it's OK, but they could at least smile a little bit when you enter the premises. It feels so hostile when you enter and they look at you with an angry face.
The place was clean (something not common in Pakistan) and quiet. AC works pretty well.

bed spring mattress was old , it was really hard to sleep due to noise of springs . no hot water after 10 pm because of unavailability of gas in the area at nighttime

Food (biryani) wasn't pleasant, not suitable for old age people. I guess...! It isn't their mistake I think, because it was outside the hotel's food which they usually ask the restaurant to deliver for their guests.
They maintained the hygiene, staff was helpful in every possible way.

The bedsheets were not clean and had visible stains, suggesting they hadn’t been changed between check-outs. There were flies in the room upon arrival, though they were later sprayed and removed upon request. The walls were dirty and could be easily cleaned with some basic maintenance. Additionally, a few amenities listed on Booking.com were missing, which was disappointing.
The location was perfect. The room was slightly comfortable, reflecting the cozy vibe suggested by the hotel's name 'Cuzzy Inn.' The air conditioning functioned well, adding to the overall experience.
