Washroom was dirty Towel was dirty like... t (i have video if any place i will add it) The reception guy was very rude. I will not prefer to bring ur family in this hotel Make sure they always try to scam you will the name of tex. I told the reception guy to call his manager he say we don't have I'm the only boss here and they try to fight i just leave my money and left the hotle and make another hotel named MEZAN

For food i prefer to eat outside of the hotel. Food was very good and good restaurants are near by the hotel

Nothing, when i booked using booking.com, the rate was different as i confirmed before going according to booking.com, but as i reached they rased the rate 50% more.

The receptionist had very bad behaviour and due to their miss commitment they should be removed from booking.com. they are using 2 names for the same place I.e. 1. Hotel day in 2. Hotel Days Inn One. This is also proof of their cheating the customers and booking.com both.

I booked my room at 7:30 pm and reached at the property at 8:00pm , then they asked that your checking in time was 6pm I said how can you say that when my booking is just 30 min before my check-in. Then they asked for more money for my room. They are cheating customers by false commitment and using booking.com for their crimes.
