The property needs lots of work around the building and inside it also surprises me they charge extra for cooking your lunch

The approach was not good, the thin street which leads to the entrance seems hidden and the location is not picked easily by the ride hailing services. Don’t have good breakfast options. The bathroom fittings were worn out, there’s no way to lock the door preventing someone from outside to come in. I’m a female solo traveller and usually travel for work. There was nothing that happened though. They didn’t have hot water in cold weather.

Location was good between DHA and rest of the city so it was centrally located. They make good poached eggs. The staff were very helpful and supportive.

The bed sheets were not tidy, but staff replaced it immediately after reporting. The AC in the room wasn't working properly. The amount paid included the breakfast, but they said they don't serve before 8 am, we had to leave at 6 am for flight.

There was this guy named Mohsin, he was very cooperative. The response from the staff was quick. Airport shuttle service was up to the mark.

Tv was a small size, poor brand and remote control was in poor condition with cellotape wrapped the batteries and no battery cover. Hard to press remote buttons to change tv channels or volume so became frustrated and gave up watching TV . Expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Great location, very close to the airport, easy booking system, very friendly and efficient staff, great organisation to ensure we received our free complimentary shuttle transfer to the airport on the flight date. Good dinner and breakfast ordering service. Clean towels and clean ensuite bathroom.

From nowhere it was 4 star hotel. Facilities were of 3 star or may b less. Zero value of money as facilities were not up to the mark. Room Furniture looks like very old and cabinet was broken. Washroom condition was not up to the mark. Slippers provided but washed and used. Bedding also looks like used and not new. Breakfast options were very limited. Staff was nice and cooperative. I chose it because of free airport shuttle, breakfast and near to airport. All these observations were shared with hotel staff. Will not recommend families for stay as charges were very high comparing with other 3 to 4 star hotel.

The cleanest bed garmet was a very old worn washroom basin dirty standing on, which seemed like a temporary arrangement The cost of the room was the same as the uk But cleaness was zero compared with same level hotel

There could have been more english channels on the TV. I chose this place also because it had a gym/fitness room. However, it was out of order.

Easy check in process, friendly staff especially Mohsin and Hasnain. Close to the airport and a Free transfer.

Would have preferred a room with view but we needed a larger room, so unlikely to be possible with window. The bedding could be upgraded, and the ironing board covers.

Staying in a hotel is make or break on service and it was exceptional, super friendly, ready to help with whatever we needed and super polite manner. Aamir at reception was highly professional, never bothered by our requests, and always ready with a smile. Mohsin and Akram were also an asset to the hotel.

The room was not that great there was no water in the toilet also there was no hot water at all . the room had cobwebs very poor I will not recommend it.

completely non-professional staff, pathetic condition of rooms, dirtiest washrooms I’ve ever witnessed, very depressed approach area from the main road, highly expensive with such shortcomings and very very low food quality. NOT recommended for stays

Cleaning is good but a little smell is present in rooms. The washroom is not in good condition. Staff behavior is so good.
