United KingdomThe property lacks staff training. I booked the room and the staff was preparing the room in front of me without knowing that I have booked it. I heard them saying that if the bed sheets and the pillows are clean then don’t change it. The we’re reluctant to change it and I have to tell them to put clean sheets. I would suggest that you ask the staff to put clean sheets in front of you when you book. The breakfast was an awful. I was literally served half omelet with two bread slices. The tea kettle was very dirty from inside.

PakistanKeep a close check on random individuals trying checking in to the hotel. I noticed some strange people wanting to check in to the hotel at the reception. Such individuals should only be allowed to check in after proper checking.
My stay was very nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely cooperative. The room was clean and the location is very central.

And secondly if the really wants to see my marriage certificate they should have mentioned before . Rest all was ok.

PakistanFew basic things were missing, such as; 1- Bathrooms didn't have vipers to vipe the water out. 2- Air fresheners were not in the room. 3- Towel wasn't there in the room and we requested for one. 4- Vanity mirror and table was placed in the part of the room where there was no light and power outlet. 5- We prolonged our stay and changed the room and this room was better than previous one but bathroom didn't have any window or exhaust for ventilation.
Beds, appliances, staff, room interiors and overall ambiance was very good. Overall service level is very good and welcoming. Staff was putting their hearts into providing services and they tried their best to satisfy us. GOOD SERVICE - WE HAD A GREAT STAY HERE!
