How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

As per my opinion the price of the per night is little bit high as the room is small.
It is very convenient location, commercial area, kind of downtown. Banks, restaurants and shopping are available.

There is no partition between floors on window side. Guest in lower floor were very loud and I couldn’t sleep well because of noise.

I wish I could have a hair salon / spa on premisses.
The hospitality attention to details and requests along with requirements were very spontaneously done. The house keeping staff and the front office gentleman Mr aamir and Mr Bilal made sure my guests were taken care LCH is home within a home. Its rare to find properties who keep it well maintained and have standard So Far the best boutique style hotel in Lahore Continuing my 8 th year as visiting guest and stays for my friends and family..

If the price was cheaper I could've extended my stay further.
Great stay at Lahore Continental, better than I had expeted. The staff were extremely polite respectful and cooperative. The housekeeping team did a great job in cleaning my room, particularly Mushtaq. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, would stay here again and recomend to others.

Nothing! All was fine. Keep it up.
Everything! We had a great stay at this hotel. Very warm welcome by the staff and even checked in earlier without any fuss. Location of the hotel is also very suitable for people who want to travel around to different directions in Lahore. Even though the hotel is situated on a busy main road, still very well isolated and windows are sound prove that we didn't get any noise in our room. Good breakfast! Mr. Waseem in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful and served us at his very best. Overall a short stay but a great experience and we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

No windows as suites are located in the basement floor breakfast wasn’t a lot to chose from
Amazing service and location was great. Staff was friendly and helped with everything we asked for. Complimentary airport dropoff was awesome. Executive suite was spacious

Its centrality is a disadvantage in terms of noise, but it was advantageous in terms of transportation.

House Cleaning - The bedsheets and covers they change were not washed, twice it happened there were ladies hairs in the blanket cover, despite i was the only one in the room :D. Should change breakfast menu daily, add littler variety in it.
The location is pretty good with bakery, food and pharmacies available in a few steps. The reception and staff was very coperative and i enjoyed my stay there as usual.

The internet sometimes stops working and the rooms are not soundproof.
The food was generally good. The buffet had three to four dishes in total. However, you can order additional stuff if you want to.

Consider replacing the bathroom fittings. The shower head was loose. Though the staff was kind enough to fix it. Cable transmission needs to be improved.

Some “misinformation” regarding what was available to view / open during the smog which was happening whilst we were there. Took about six hours to get our WiFi connected but did offer up the lobby as an alternative. Not quite the same. Laundry came back “wet” …
Nice breakfast with choice of omlettes and toast as alternative to Pakistani options. Did evening meals too. Very good and reasonably priced Nice neighbourhood, plenty of amenities close by considering a couple of km from city centre. Clean, nice feel to it, quiet. Not cheap but good

The breakfast was average and could use some improvement, but other than that, everything was fine. A decent choice for a short stay in Lahore.
I stayed at the Lahore Continental Hotel suite for one night. The suite was clean and comfortable, and overall, the hotel met my expectations.
