I checked in late at night at around 10:00 PM but my room was still not ready. They need to better accommodate guests. Very few people at reception, I kept waiting and receptionist was busy on phone calls and ignored me even though I was waiting for too long.

The location is best.

Did not like that they give you only one key card to get into the room and same card is used for turning the power on in the room. We were two people and had different schedules to come back to room and unduly cause waste of time to wait for the person with key to get into the room. Breakfast was not that great - could be improved - there is a roof top restaurant but food is mediocre as well. Hotel needs upgrades.

Location is the best part being so close to liberty and other MM Aalam road. It is family friendly hotel.

Not so much. Just a few, their bathroom should be a little better, especially if you opt for junior suites. It was small, and water pressure from taps and shower throws water all over the place. You can see geaser and pipes inside the shower area. These small details, if properly designed and managed, return a good experience.

Staff unprofessional, they need training on how to greet guests. My husband went there to see space for anniversary party. The staff did offer him to sit while he waited. Check in time takes absolutely too long. Hot water in shower goes out fast.

Wifi was horrible, needs improvement. Breakfast buffet can be better or offer different variety every couple of days.

Oban Hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to MM Alam as well as Liberty. Super easy to arrange transportation from this hotel. Close to restaurants and all the hot spots of Lahore. Staff is incredibly welcoming. Zeeshan and Angel at reception are superb. Rooms are clean, facilities are all up to date. Food was incredible.

I found them a bit slow when it came to addressing room service calls and requests. It's something that they should definitely work on. They should also be clear about their protocols and SOPs when it comes to requesting the heating services to be turned on as that is done upon a special request.

There's a quite a bit of bang for the buck when it comes to Oban Hotel, from its location to its complementary breakfast buffet which is quite good. Their room service menu offers a variety of great options catering to different tastes and the portion sizes are generous. The decor of the rooms is chic and I like that they try to go for a hi-tech look. I really appreciated their room cleaning services and the fact that they provided a large bottle of mineral water for each day of my stay.

Cleanliness outside rooms needs to improve. Breakfast is fairly basic. They can add more options without much hassle.

Room had good space, they were very accommodating for us, Providing us extra bedding. Lighting was good, no bad odors in rooms that is common in this value hotels. So overall good value for money.

rooms were very small, they provided us with 2 single beds but our booking was for double bed. disappointing. overall rooms were clean but very small.

The hotel is only two years old and could have been better maintained. The suites just have a sofa in a corner and there is not really much extra space. However the room was big anyway and sufficient for the three of us.

The location was good for the family, as it is right in the centre of a huge commercial area with lot of places for dining. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast had a lot of traditional dishes, but there were French toasts, pancakes and porridge as well. The basement has a parking lot for hotel guests. Given the chaotic traffic of Lahore and used our car only for driving on the motorway from Islamabad to Lahore and back. For the within city commute we relied on InDrive and visited historical places in Lahore - see the picture.

Overall great boutique style hotel, excellent location and very reasonably priced for such high standard hotel, safe for foreigners too. Just a bit noisy at times, that's something the management and staff look into maybe to reduce noise,

Fareed and all of the staff were very welcoming and treated us with the most respect, I'm from London and am only on a short stay, I left my battery pack at the hotel, the staff were great and assured me they will keep it for me until I make my way back to the airport. A definite recommendation for anyone wanting to stay here. Food was also great 😃

Food was great, responsive and friendly staff and management. Great service...Free breakfast had variety of dishes goos choices for everyone. Only few feet way from the famous MM Alam Road and Liberty Market.

It felt luxurious, Room had Smart T.V with Guest Login acess to Netflix , amazingly decorated. Management was excellent, khadijah & Uzair were very nice , all the staff in Restaurant was also very helpful. Head manager greeted me very well . All the best Hotel Oban 👍🏻
