PakistanI didn't like the fact that the ventilation on the 1st floor and in the washrooms was not good. Washroom window should have a mesh so that u can open it for fresh air. The 2nd floor was ventilated as corridor opened into semi enclosed cafe at one end. However room windows did open which was good. Cafe was semi functional. but room service was great. Considering the reasonable price and good location, it is decent for a short stay.
I liked the fact that staff was very helpful and always available at the reception desk. Room service was available and food was delicious . I had to go the airport at 3 am and hotel transport was ready when promised for just RS 3000. It was great value for money. Room was spacious.. Rooms on 2nd floor are better.. wifi was great.

United KingdomBathroom was in terrible and disgusting conditions and unusable, the receptionist was very disrespectful and I booked for two days and when I was trying to pay by card they claimed the machine wasn’t working, so when I payed in cash (the bill was 45,000 rupees for three rooms and I had to pay a 5,000 rupee deposit), next morning we went to have the breakfast which was promised in our booking and we went to find out that there was no food whatsoever and sand/dust on plates on cutlery, they also didn’t return my 5,000 rupee deposit. I found the hotel a very unpleasant and unbearable place to say so I checked out one day earlier in the morning at 11 am and when I asked for refund they claimed they did not have cash at hand so they will return the money in my bank account and they took my bank details also. Next day I phoned them and they were extremely disrespectful over the phone and refused to return the money and my 5,000 rupee deposit, since then I’ve been calling daily waiting for them to answer however they did not even pick up my phone. I highly suggest you book elsewhere this hotel has disrespectful staff and terrible service. They have disgusting staying conditions and do not give your money back and take it for themselves thinking there would be no consequences.

Canadamy experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The premises were unclean and unhygienic, with visible dirt and the presence of lizards in the vicinity. Additionally, the room was not adequately stocked with toiletries. I was appalled to find that the bed sheets and comforter had not been changed from previous guests, indicating a lack of proper sanitation and housekeeping standards. Furthermore, the staff exhibited a lack of friendliness and professionalism. Despite arriving late, I was required to wait approximately an hour before being allocated my room. To make matters worse, I was assigned the wrong room initially, which necessitated an additional wait of approximately 1.5 hours before receiving the correct accommodation. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

United Arab EmiratesI arrived a couple of hours early from Karachi so didn't mind waiting. I immediately noticed that there were several 'boys'ay the reception who appeared to be friends of the receptionists and they were goddamn loud. They were watching reels on phone and talking verh very loud. In all honesty this isn't a hotel, this is a crumbling guest house. Let's look at the pros and cons now. Pros: - Fantastic location, as it's located on the edge of MM Alam Road and with easy access to DHA, Cantt and Gulberg - Bed was more comfortable than most 5 star hotel beds I have ever slept on - Room was clean - Air-conditioning was fantastic - Internet speed was amazing Cons: - Very very very poor service overall - The phone in the room was not operational and when I went to complain to the reception, he conveniently gave me a business card and asked me to whatsapp him if I needed any food or beverage - I ordered tea and it arrived over 30 mins later to my room. The guy insisted I pay him in cash as apparently the restaurant is outsourced and I couldn't add the same to my room bill. - I ordered food and after waiting 1 hour, I went downstairs to the reception. The hotel manager called the restaurant who conveniently told him that the food had been mistakenly delivered to some other room, and the manager found this to be hilarious. He simply said i will have the food delivered to your room in 15 mins and it will be complimentary. The food arrived in plates after 20 mins to my room... YES... IN PLATES... As if I was in a charitable kitchen waiting for someone to give me food pre-laid in a plate. It was the worst tasting chicken I have ever had. Of course the waiter who delivered me the food asked me for money then and there, and it wasn't complimentary. - There is a serious upkeep problem of the facility. There was paint coming off in my room, the balcony and the various common areas need serious repairs and maintenance.
