We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PakistanThe room given to me and my colleagues was not upto that the mark. I didnt see room before staying I booked it over online site on urgent basis. I hope next time will be more comfortable.
The room where i have stayed was okay, later on they show us the other rooms that were more good than the room given to us. Staff and manager explain the reason its under renovation next time environment and room conditions will be improved.

Pakistani called them to ask for check in time they asked me for more money and after that they rudely reject my booking by saying that ( pay double money or else stay somewhere else) please stay away from these types of thugs
