Link road is very dangerous specially for new drivers and low power engine vehicles.. appears risky as it is very steep and can lead to slipping of tyres

Breakfast was good enough, really enjoy the stay it was really relaxing. Will definitely come back in winters.

The washroom was outside my room one thing I didn’t like.

Sarah's Lodge exceeded all my expectations! The views were simply stunning. It was such a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for unwinding. The rooms were super cozy, with clean towels and immaculate bathrooms. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing experience at Sarah's Lodge! The warm and welcoming ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast was a highlight in morning, with fresh and tasty selections. The scenic views were spectacular, adding to the lodge's peaceful charm. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests were much appreciated. A truly delightful stay!

Had a very pleasant experience at the lodge. Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable as well as a clean bathroom. The owner is a very nice guy and makes sure to check on his guests. The caretakers were also very attentive and accommodating to our requests. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and the property's location is also very serene and peaceful.

The caretaker, Khadim, was very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The walking track next to the property was very pretty and good for a stroll.

The entire experience was very disappointing. The propery is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Despite being the only guests, we were not allowed to use the second lounge which is much nicer than the one we were given. Breakfast was 2 omellettes and slices of bread we had to toast ourselves- the eggs were smelly, and the bread was stale. No one ate. Only 2 plates were provided for 4 people. No saucers with the teacups. Tea is just teabags btw. Very small towels, more like bathmats, were provided. The bathrooms smelt, as I suspect the drainage was faulty. WiFi did not work. But the worst part was the location of the property- on a main road where the bedrooms face. The entire night, dogs were barking and howling, and a number of people were walking and talkig very loudly, as well as lots of cars and noisy motorcycles. No one in my family slept while we were there.

Location. The host and the caretaker were very helpful.

First of all the room lock was broken, and the number one term and condition was that the guests are themselves responsible for the safety and security of their belongings. Although our things were safe but if the lock is broken then the responsibility should be with the host or they should get it fixed beforehand. The hot water supply to the bathroom was not continuous and needed a pressure motor to be turned on. The flush on the commode was leaking and needed to be fixed. We took the expensive room as it had attached bathroom but we couldn't use it and had to use the one outside the room. This was not communicated at booking. The property even though was good but needs major cleaning. The dinning room had a major black fungus on the wall, which needs to be fixed. The upholstery needs to be changed as it was very dirty. The linen and towels need to be changed as the towels were extremely old and worn out.

The room scienry was great. The staff was very co operative and helping.

1. Cleaness was zero specially the bread toaster and oven was very dirty. 2. The breakfast which they promise on booking.com was not actually given to us. 3. They should not misguide the people on website for example they claim that they have car parking but in fact it is situated downside the hill it's not even possible and risky to bring the vehicle down to in front of the lodge. 4. They guide on website that they have facilities for BBQ but when we reached they said we will charge you every 45 minutes 1000 rupees which was not ethical at least remove these facilities that we will not facilitate you.

The place had a homely feeling, and a nice view from the VIP room. Ground floor was cosy.

Breakfast could be improved. Fireplace should burn for at least 3 hours, the place was cold. Needs thorough cleaning. No amenities.

Isolate from the other people making it very peaceful and calming, was very relaxing. Rooms were clean and the helper was healpful

The check out time was very awkward, we weren’t told when others were gonna be coming. Granted we were up late but we were woken up by the new guest who would be checking the rooms we were using. Since we were a group of male frnds it wasn’t that big of a deal but would have been uncomfortable if there were family.

Everything was excellent. I was given the room with no bathroom. We had to go outside the room for the bathroom. This was the only issue, which is serious in some cultures. Except this, everything was fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarah Lodge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The lodge nestled in Burban offers a breathtaking view that immediately sets the tone for a serene getaway. The staff (Mr. Danish) went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and made every effort to accommodate our needs throughout our stay.
