How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Hotel was not clean. Room are not clean. Washrooms are not clean. Hair on wash basin, clothes were there of some other person. Staff was not available after 12 am. No room service or phone. Staff is only one person. Food is average. I asked the staff to change bed sheet but they went deaf

I stayed at Baoo Jee Hotel Islamabad with my friends and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location was also convenient, and we felt safe and at ease the entire time. Overall, it was a great value for money and a perfect spot for a casual and peaceful friends’ getaway.

No cleanliness, bathroom was dirty and smelly, small and non ventilated room with less ceiling height not recommended for claustrophobic people, there were small cockroaches even on bed , no complimentary breakfast . In pictures rooms were looking spacious but in reality it was opposite.
Just location of the hotel was a bit ok

I stayed at Baoo Jee Hotel Islamabad for a business stopover, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is surprisingly well-equipped for its budget—offering free Wi‑Fi, complimentary breakfast, and airport shuttle and parking facilities, which was a big convenience for me. Even though it’s technically in Rawalpindi, it's just a short commute to Islamabad’s business districts and sightseeing spots like Ayub National Park and Shah Faisal Mosque. Rooms were clean, comfortably air‑conditioned with flat-screen TVs, kitchenettes, and city views from the terraces. Staff were courteous and helpful through check‑in and out—I appreciated the seamless, no‑frills support.

There was no water in the washroom when i complained about it they send me the bucket of water to use it in the washroom And the washroom was too much dirty I asked about the Heating system in the AC they told me AC are not working coz its not the Season

I won't add anything that I didn't like as there was nothing like that. Everything was superb.
The guy at the reception was very cooperative and humble. The room was quite clean and cozy. I liked everything there.

Staff was little bit of cooperative but they took extra charges even we already booked in advance..... Restroom need to be more clean.... otherwise it's a good stay
