The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast served was very nice and the kitchen staff were very accommodating to any requests made during breakfast.

This hotel is in a quiet, gated spot just off the main road, which makes getting in and out really easy and secure. The design is done to a high standard, with well-sized modern bedrooms and nice en-suites. There are plenty of facilities, too. The gym and health suite are surprisingly large, and there's a sauna and massage suite available. Between the different room options and the friendly staff, it's an ideal choice for families too. I'd definitely stay here again.

The coffee machine was out of service in the morning and they provided no alternative. The hotel is a bit far from the center. Having said that, generally, it is a great option.

The staff are very professional and friendly, especially the lady. The breakfast options are diverse and great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with hot water.

There was some construction going on in the rooms nearby, and although I was informed about it beforehand, the noise was quite loud and disruptive around 11 a.m.

I recently stayed at The Resident Hotel Islamabad, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a nice, quiet, and secluded location, which is perfect if you’re looking to escape the bustling hustle of busy cities like Lahore. I decided to upgrade my room, and I was impressed by how spacious and clean it was. The staff were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The gym facilities are fantastic, offering everything you could want, including a full set of kettlebells. The pool was also a nice touch, providing a serene spot for a swim. However, the sauna was a letdown as it wasn’t hot enough and didn’t meet my expectations. I had specifically booked the hotel for a proper sauna session, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, I paid 15,000 rupees for the room, with an additional 2,000 for the upgrade. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying here again. Feel free to adjust any part to better reflect your experience!

There was no board with name of the property and it was quite dark, hence it was difficult to find out the entrance.

It was clean and had range of facilities like gym, pool and spa. Room was spacious with almost all facilities in place. Breakfast had a variety of options.

The breakfast was good, and the location was quiet but far from the market and restaurants. The hotel Wi-Fi was frequently unreliable and not working all the time. The bathroom was very small, making it difficult for me, as a bodybuilder, to use the shower uncomfortably. Additionally, there were no complimentary water bottles in the room.

They had normal TVs instead of Smart so couldn’t able to watch Netflix. The other thing is there should be a board or something written outside to identify the property but there were nothing so we had some difficulties to find it.
