Great location Nice staff

Stairs to the house

Was clean

Too thin walls , too loud staff in the morning (talking, laughing, phone talking etc after 07:30 ) . Not a comfortable bed . It is more likely a hostel , not a hotel .

Room wasn't dirty.

Room 15... view is directly on the other building, people from another building can see directly through them. Water from the tub was going out really slow. After turning the 'bubbles' bathtub release swamp stink. I paid extra to upgrade the room to get a 'cool' bathtub. It doesn't work properly, cleaning could help.

Pros: Location near the train station and market square, Renovated rooms, Hot water, Electric kettle in the room, Fridge on the floor, Kitchenette with electric stove, oven, and microwave, Some rooms with balconies, Some rooms more spacious with larger bathrooms, Always available staff, Sitting area at the entrance, can be an extension of the kitchen in warm weather, less useful in winter.

Cons: Stairs leading to the property were not cleared of snow for most of the stay, making it easy to slip, especially when carrying groceries or luggage, Stairs are quite steep, posing a challenge for older individuals (youth had no issue), Limited parking spaces; sometimes, no parking available after 9:00 PM, requiring parking 200 meters away, No internet on the 1st floor throughout the week despite daily reports (had to use LTE), Outdated kitchen equipment, worn-out non-stick pans may pose health risks, Lack of a dining area; small room for 2 people only had a small table and 1 chair, forcing one person to eat on the bed, Received two different rooms at the same price; one was very small with 1 bed and no wardrobe, making it cramped, Mattresses didn't fit the bed frame and were too soft, Towels not provided, No room cleaning or replenishing of soap/toilet paper during the week; had to request, Mysterious bugs in the bathroom, Drafty windows; felt cigarette smoke from balconies in winter, Limited TV channels, mostly restricted to TVP package, Initially given a room with a musty smell and a wet spot on the bathroom floor, later switched to another room on the third day, Two rooms of different sizes at the same price, with the larger one allowing two people to comfortably eat a meal (had two chairs).

The location was okay, near to the town and railway station. Parking nearby to the place

Nothing much, few steps to get to the location but that was no problem
