Apartment lovely and modern, the location was perfect

Felt there was no personal touch, we were there 4 nights and only I set of towels, you should leave washing machine tablets for people to use, I left some of mine, the cleaners that came the morning we were leaving, just entered the apartment before 11am, went back out because we were still there, when we did leave, they looked right through us and never even spoke, very rude and unprofessional

The apartment is lovely and the view is amazing. The location is great - close to all the main attractions in old town Gdansk. Gdansk is so impressive, it was great to have such good access.

The instructions for finding the parking and building office were sorely lacking. Google maps took us right there, but we didn't know it as there was no description of what to look for and the police give you hardly any time to figure it out before chasing you away. The suggestion they made for finding it took us 15 minutes away and then we had to find our way back. Finally found the building office and the fellow there was super helpful and nice, but he couldn't figure out which building or apartment either. We had a messge from earlier in the day and both he and us thought the code sent was also for the apartment. We were told to contact the host an hour before our arrival, which we did via booking.com as that is how we had been communicating. Apparently contact meant phoning, so they had not yet sent us the actual code for the apartment. The other confusing thing is that the apartment is listed as 12 when it is actually 12C. This also confused the building staff person. I have written to the host to explain how much just a little more clear information would have helped and to ask for some compensation for the hour and a half we wasted driving and walking around looking for the place, but they will not accept any responsibility for this. They also charged 150 PLN for us to have our dog there, which we agreed to as the place looked so nice and they don't usually allow dogs. But that is an exhorbitant amount and could have been waved in exchange for the trouble we went though. Our dog is very small and clean.

Fabulous location and wonderful view.

Warm apartment, when outside was cold may, we could stay inside apartment and watch TV and people walking outside and not be bored. Perfect location for going anywhere, close to restaurants and shopping and the Million Dollar View from the apartment. If I come back, will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location.

Really nice and modern apartment in a great position close to everything within a five minute walk. There were no curtains to close that worried me at first until I realised you had open the window and pull the big metal shutters across, apart from that I would definitely stay there again

It said on the website that it had a wellness center and spa, after asking the security person in the entrance foyer where it was I was informed that there wasn't one which I was quite disappointed about also like it's been said in a few different comments the communication with the owner wasn't great I was asked to let them no when we where an hour away but when I messaged them there was no reply I also tried the polish taxi driver to ring them for me which he did and they where closed luckily I had the code already

Great location and perfect view.

Terrible customer service. Called 2 hrs before arrival to the hotel as per directions. Told stuff member that we want to check in at 3pm. Could not check in at 3pm because we have not received door codes. Called 10 times with no luck to talk to someone. Had to wait 1.5 hrs to get codes by text message. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

Location is superb. Nice view from balcony.

No curtains or blinds. Bad smell in the bathroom. You have to make a phone call to get check in codes. Not very convenient.

Perfect situation close to lots of restaurants and small shop downstairs. Beautiful view to Old Town.

Great location, lovely apartment however there are alot of building works going on opposite which we're noisy. Not the apartments fault. No pirate ship either due to the construction works. The noise started from 7am. Apartment lovely and clean and great view at night

There is a nightclub close that kept us awake until 4am this morning. Again not the apartments fault but needed to be mentioned.

Location is perfect. Clean apartment with excellent views. Zabka downstairs for convenience and restaurants plenty.

Beautiful view. Quiet. Large bathroom. Warm space. Cosy. Great kitchen. Located in the best spot for restaurants. Parking available. We stayed here twice and will come again.

I recently stayed in Classy Apartments in Gdansk and had an overall positive experience. There were some positives, but also some notable downsides. Positives: 1. Excellent Location and Nice View (5/5): The property's location was fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the city. Being in the heart of Gdansk was a significant advantage for exploring the city. 2. Spacious (5/5): The accommodations were spacious for two people, providing ample room to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. 3. Modern Amenities and Code Access (4/5): The property featured modern amenities, and the code access system for both the building and the apartment added to the convenience and security of our stay.

1. Noise from Party Scene (2/5): Unfortunately, the property's proximity to the local party scene led to significant noise issues, particularly on weekends. If you're a light sleeper, this could pose a problem. 2. Difficulty with Access Code (2/5): One major inconvenience was the delay in receiving the access code, which we didn't get until we arrived at the apartment. Moreover, reaching the host was challenging, creating unnecessary stress, especially after a long 20-hour flight journey. This aspect needs significant improvement. 3. Uncomfortable Mattress (2/5): The mattress was notably soft, to the point where it felt uncomfortable. This negatively affected our sleep quality and overall comfort during our stay. 4. Limited Towels (2/5): Towels were in short supply, with only one per guest provided, and they seemed quite old. This was an inconvenience. 5. Watered-Down Soap (2/5): The hand wash soap and dish detergent appeared to be watered down, which is concerning, particularly in the context of COVID-19. This should be addressed promptly. In summary, our stay had its highs and lows. The property's location, spaciousness, and modern amenities were definite pluses. However, issues such as noise disturbances, difficulties with access codes and host communication, an uncomfortable mattress, limited towels, and diluted soap were notable drawbacks. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. With some improvements, this property has the potential to offer an excellent stay in Gdansk.

Very uncomfortable bed , mattress way too soft, single duvet instead of one large duvet. Only 2 pillows provided instead of 4, no shower gel or hair conditioner, no black towel. TV wasn’t working and no curtains - shutters weren’t fit for purpose aa it was still light inside. Noise from “Sassy” - bar / club next door late at night. It’s a beautiful apartment but lacking few significant things, shame as based on our experience we won’t book it again.

Modern, good looking, perfect location, the view, the layout, everything nearby

For 4 days the elevator didnt work (not the fault of the renting person), the shower-siphon was clogged and a shower any longer than 5 minutes caused a small flodding, the bed was horribely bad - i was almost laying on the floor, the TV had some streaming services but everything has been locked out, everything must have been bought individually, but wasnt even possible to do.
